Excellent stay - But CB227 needs some maintenance
We enjoy the Beach Club. It is an ideal location.

We reported that there is floor damage in the kitchen area that was not present in our last visit in April, and the garbage disposal was broken also.

Please keep up on maintenance tasks on this unit so it is enjoyable by others.

Also there were multiple people smoking and playing loud music at the pool during our stay . Both are not acceptable.

We are returning CBC-227 guests. We really appreciate the way the unit has been maintained. Moving the microwave to the counter on a shelve and updating the washing and dryer makes the stay excellent. Also adding a alternate entry to bathroom was a fantastic remodeling idea,

New Year Beauty
This is the fourth time staying at this property but the first time in this unit. I was skeptical about coming in the colder months but I absolutely loved every minute. The pool was warm and I was even able to lay out for a tan even with the temperature in the 60’s. My unit had an amazing view of the fireworks display on New Years. My unit was clean, comfortable and loved having the washer and dryer in the unit. The only negative was the closet/lack of a closet? Where the closet is in other units there was absolutely nothing in the area. I stayed six days and lived out of my suitcase (it was ok glad they had a thing I could set my luggage on)Other than that I had a wonderful time!!! I’m ready to book my next vacation and will use Padre Escape and this property again.

Very pleasant stay . We're be back.
We spent a week in early May . The weather was perfect. The pool was warm enough to lounge in it. Beach was only 4 minute walk.

The Beach was covered with 6 inches of seaweed for the entire area so you really couldn't sit on the beach or swim.

The condo was very nice. Well kept and clean.

The microwave is kept on top of the refrigerator which is very dangerous when handling hot items. I would suggest getting a smaller one that fits on the counter or above the oven. A little improvement goes a long way.

The clothes dryer is old and rusty on the inside. We did not want to use it.

However we were extremely pleased with the Beach Club and CB227 and would recommend it . We will return off season after August when the crowds have returned to school.

Beach Club is a very nice resort.
Beach Club is a very nice resort . Only minutes from the beach, and North Padre restaurants. Padre Escapes was very responsive to questions . We discovered it by only recently and really enjoyed it. We stayed for a week in May and the pool was warm enough for daily use.. Being off summer season, it was not very populated. I suspect the pool is crowded during the summer months. The only minor issues I would like to point out is the microwave is on top of the refrigerator which is extremely dangerous when removing hot items . I would recommend getting a carpenter to expand the in-wall shelving area to the left of the refrigerator and adapt shelf to accommodate a smaller microwave. Also the clothes dryer is very rusty on the inside which made it unappealing to use. We fully expect to stay there again. I rate the stay very favorable.

Great rooms, great location
This rental offered a super clean condo within walking distance of nearby stores, cart rentals, and of course, the beach. The common areas and pool were also very clean, and the on-site car rinse was a plus.
