Great get-away
We had a wonderful experience. The room, linens and bathroom were clean and well maintained. The rooms were spacious and we loved having the washer and dryer available. The gentleman at the main office was not overly friendly nor informative but cordial. I gathered some useful information off their chalk board in the lobby. We have stayed at Aruba Bay several times and are happy every time.

We really enjoyed our stay. The bed was comfortable and great after long days. Our son enjoyed the bunk beds. The living area was a bit small but just fine for us. All the amenities were exceptional. We are already talking about our next stay here.

Overall we liked the unit and the area.
The check in experience missed the mark. I was texted and emailed that I would get the passcodes before 4pm.
At 3:28 we were in the unit area and I texted that I had not received that info. at 4:10 I called and could only leave a message that I was waiting for info. At 4:20 we drove to your office since we still had nothing. The young man said the info had not been sent due to the 1- # in my cell number. Which makes no sense at all since all other correspondence prior to check in and post check in worked fine. I finally got the info at 4:34(not horrible). But the hassle of waiting frustration was not ideal since we were starting for vacation.

First time staying at Aruba Resorts & it was the awesome!
Everything was great! The pool was awesome my kids loved it. The location was perfect we didn’t have to go far for anything and the beach & fishing area were near by. I’d say my only complaint would be our tv didn’t work in the living room so we had to cram all together in our room to watch a movie

Beautiful rental
We really enjoyed our stay at coastal charm, the condo was nice, very clean. They provide with all linen and 1 towel per guest. Kitchen is small but good enough to cook breakfast or easy dinner.
Check-in and out was fast and easy.
We had to reach out guest services cause we got lost abs they were really nice and very helpful, we got clear instructions to find the rental property.
The pool was always clean, never too packed and very family oriented.
Beach is 2-3 min drive, there is also restaurants, coffee shops, mini golfin within minutes drive.

A Bad Choice
This vacay property was a bad choice on our part as we haven't been anywhere in years and I was unfamiliar with lodging options on North Padre. Everything from the initial booking was all done on line which seemed systematic. However as time went by between the reservation and arrival date I got constant reminders texts emails until we left the priory lproperty. The easiest part was the check out which I got numerous reminders over and over a little irritating and stressed me out as if the property needed constant reassurances. Ridiculous! One I realized I had actually booked am upstairs unit instead of first level I immediately called and requested a switch to downstairs done we are up in age 70's & 80's with mobility limitations. I spoke with the intake person who refused to accommodate the change then asked for the supervisor manager who listened to my requests but was adamant in not making any changes but would ask the team to review it. She called me back within 30 minutes and refused saying they were going to stickto policy on this one. " and that was after I poured out my heart and soul to her. I knew we couldn't climb the 25 steep stairs 3 or 4 times a day and would wear us out. We have knee hip limitations and I had just sprained my ankle. NOT ADA COMPLIANT nor elevators. The game room was even upstairs but closed at 6 pm There was rough housing and partying in adjoining units spotlights came through the windage at night it was so bright it was hard to sleep hot during daytime hours clubhouse shut down when office closed pool was completely trashed out non guests had free reign access broken gate locks knobs letting people in and out you could stick your hand through the gate and easily get in. Not fair to paying guests. A lot of roughhousing in pool area so elderly and families with babies and little kids were at risk of getting caught in between it. Too many rigid rules to follow. Too many other venues on Island to choose from are stress free and more fle
