Charming 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo located at Village by the Beach! The interior offers a beach vibe with cozy furniture and a flat screen TV to enjoy. The dining table and breakfast bar offer an open concept and sit a total of 8 guests. A fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, plenty of storage, and everything you need to cook on vacation! Off the kitchen are twin size bunk beds and down the hall is the master bedroom with a king bed. The bathroom has a tub/shower for your convenience. This complex offers 2 heated pools with a waterfall, splash pad, and plenty of poolside loungers. Perfect spot to book for your next vacation!

CLEAN BED PROMISE
-Padre Escapes promises to launder every comforter, every sheet, every TIME!
-After every stay we replace all towels & linens (including the comforter, which most people don't do) with clean towels & linens from our 5500sf laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver's License or other acceptable ID.
-DOG FRIENDLY PROPERTY: MAXIMUM OF TWO DOGS/WEIGHT RESTRICTION OF 35LBS OR LESS. There is a $100 per pet fee for all stays 7 days or less, $200 for stays of 8-29 days and $300 for stays of 30 days or greater. In addition there is also a pet-cleaning fee of $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days and $100 for stays of 30+ days.
