Welcome to a newly updated two bedroom, two bath at Village by the Beach! You'll love the location of this beautiful complex and enjoy all the amenities it has to offer. This property is poolside and has a view of the sparkling, heated pool with a waterfall. A bundle of lounger chairs to relax in and grills all around to cook up meals for the family. Just across the street is the second heated pool for the kids and a large playground for them to enjoy. The interior is updated with unique décor and has a spacious layout to spend time with family and friends. The living area has cozy furniture and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need on vacation. You have easy access to the beach, only a short walk away or load up the car and drive for miles to enjoy the Texas breeze!

CLEAN BED PROMISE
-Padre Escapes promises to launder every comforter, every sheet, every TIME!
-After every stay we replace all towels & linens (including the comforter, which most people don't do) with clean towels & linens from our 5500sf laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.

-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver's License or other acceptable ID.
