Great Stay!
We had a great stay at this condo! The condo was clean and well equipped and perfect for a family of 5 (three teenagers). It seems like an older condo, but looks renovated and was nice! It is close enough to the beach to walk, (it’s a longish walk) and make sure you bring a wagon to carry all your beach stuff. Whitecap beach was really nice and clean. Check in and checkout was very easy too! We would definately stay here again!

Great stay!
We had a great stay at the Krusty Krab! Wonderful location, right next to the pool and picnic tables, close walk and drive to the beach. The rental was mostly stocked with everything we needed. However, we did have to purchase dish soap and hand soap for the bathrooms. Also, the fridge is not hooked up to the water line, so the ice maker and water dispenser did not work. But ice trays are provided. Other than that, it had everything we needed.

Great Stay!
We loved the set up of this rental with kids - we had two young ones and it was nice to have the big couches and the bunk beds. The king bed was nice and comfy, but I will say that the queen size bed is sunken in the middle and not the most comfy - just something to keep in mind when booking if two people will be in that bed!

Great place to stay!
Everything was great! When we had a problem with the dishwasher, they had someone come out that day to fix it. The condo was perfect and we love the complex. Everything you need immediately. Enjoyed our stay. Short walk to beach but bring some mosquito spray depending on time you walk.

Working Vacation
The townhome was lovely and in great condition however the staff is not the best my car was broken into and I see on the reviews it just happened a couple weeks ago as well. I called to let them know that it had happened as well as to tell them the security lights out front were out I was there another 4 days and they never came to replace the lights

Great place
Great stay. Walking out the door and being a few steps to the beach is the greatest advantage of this condo. You can see for about 5 miles of beach. The property is at the end of the street next to sand dunes. It was clean and had everything we needed. Forgot to bring our own coffee. AC worked good but alittle noisy downstairs..need to replace grill on return air. Appliances were real nice. Office very friendly and helpful. Pool is great. The beds are ok but were uncomfortable and would be nice if upgraded to better mattresses. Twin beds creak when you get in and out. Would like to have directions for tv, other condo info printed out instead of scan code on frig. We will stay here again just because of the location and the view.

Big Shell Beach Clean Up Trip
This was just a quick weekend trip to take part of the Big Shell beach clean up on PINS. We usually stay at the El Constante. Room was very clean and inviting. Only negative was the water pressure was very very low.

Great place to stay!
The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve slept it! We slept later than we ever have the first night! The second night the upstairs neighbors moved in with a kid that was having a track meet in the morning and the parents were stomping around. I guess it’s a trade off between having noisy neighbors on your ceiling or hauling you stuff up the stairs. The unit was very convenient. It is a little dated with the fixtures and bathroom but the furniture is new. If it were my place I would spend the $20 to get a new toilet seat since the one has two chips in it. My only complaint was I wished the parking spaces were numbered. If we are allowed 2 spaces, why was at least 1 in front of our unit not available? We would stay there again.

North Padre Island get a way
This is the second time staying at this place. We love this place. We have a three-year-old and she loves the pool here. Both times we have been here, it has been clean. It is a safe place. The unit has everything you need. We will definitely be back. The staff also are incredible.

August 2023 Stay
The condo was very clean, open and welcoming. It was a short walk to the pool and a short drive to the beach. The location is between downtown Corpus and Port Aransas so we were able to visit both cities for food and attractions. Two items that weren’t of highlight for the trip were the trash trucks emptying the dumpsters every morning, sometimes it was at 615 in the morning. This condo is on the end right next to the dumpsters so it was very loud and woke us up in shock, as the dumpsters hit the ground every morning. The pool was also pretty warm regardless of time of day. I didn’t check to see if it was a heated pool or if it was just the hot Texas sun causing it to be warm. Other than those to things it was a nice vacation spot.

You need to look at the Chester drawers in the bedroom they tip over when loaded with clothes and two or three drawers are out at the same time and tipped over on our child luckily the bed kept it from hitting the floor.

Great experience
Our stay at Padre Beach View was a positive experience. The unit was clean when we arrived. The pictures accurately portrayed the space. There was plenty of room for our family when they visited. There is some noise from the street so if you are a light sleeper you might want to choose a different unit. The walk to the beach was quick and easy. Padre Escapes was very helpful when we had questions.

Great place to stay!
We stayed here for a week and had a great time! The condo was perfect for the 4 of us! It was clean and well stocked for our stay! The patio has an amazing view and some really nice patio furniture. The location is perfect for fishing, and just a few minutes from the beach. There are lots of restaurants near by also. We will definitely try and stay here again when we come!

Location, location, location!!
Village by the Beach is a great location for all things near the water. We brought our family dog and VBTB has good walking to the beach. Some accepted grass areas along the way. Packery Channel is where my husband likes to surf and that is just right near VBTB. Port Aransas is up the road for a big dog park and who doesn't love a golf cart ride on the Island! Our unit we choose to stay is always so quite and clean.

Nice getaway
The unit was very clean and had all the pots and pans we needed for cooking meals. The beach is within walking distance but the biggest draw to us is its close driving proximity to Padre Island National Seashore. This right here was enough for us to plan our return. The 2 downsides inside the home were the internet not working and the old, stained pillows. They really need to be replaced, maybe invest in a pillow protector? We were not very bothered with the internet as we were there to get out and about. The only other downside externally was the pool. It was nice and clean but two groups were playing really loud music despite signs saying this was not allowed. It made for a “battle of music” situation, diminishing the point of relaxation. Security was there but did not do anything. Thankfully we did not stay right next to the pool and we only went once. The beach is wonderful and our family, including our dog enjoyed this mini vacation.

Excellent vacation home
We stayed there for 3 nights, well maintained property. Its very close to the beach and few min walk. We reached out to the management since some pots & pans were worn out. They immediately sent a person with a new one. The amenities are excellent. We will stay there again!

Very nice close to beaches
Nice spacious unit plenty of room for two people and a pet. Very clean and nicely updated. Bed was a little too firm for our liking. Pool area is really nice but pool was a little dirty. (It was really windy that day which probably blew a lot of debris around) overall great stay and we look forward to our return visit

Perfect Location for your Island Getaway
It was nice to getaway and be close to the beach. I grew up running around this area and beach in High School and early 20s. We have friends that own a unit here and they are the pool side. I should have called but just went out purchased coffee filters. I did not locate any in the unit and we should have called for one more TP. Did not locate an additional one. Great place for us to bring our dog and he loved it. Thank you for everything!

These items will not be replenished during your stay. Great Experience
It was beautiful 3 days including with the rain on one day. The evenings were even better. My 80+ year old parents enjoyed it so much that they kept asking when we were going back on our way home. It made me so happy. I'm so grateful for the beautiful memories I will have there with my parents.

A Perfect Beach Trip Condo!
Perfect (and cute) getaway condo that is within walking distance to the beach. The listing photos were very accurate, but they don't do it justice as the living spaces are surprisingly spacious for a one-bedroom condo. It is very well-maintained and still looks brand-new. There are plenty of included items in the kitchen; no need to bring your own stuff. Dedicated parking in front of the unit was very convenient, and is very well-lit at night. The onsite amenities, such as the heated pools, were very nice. The few times that we needed to contact customer service, they were very friendly, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend. Can't wait to book again!

Stayed at this property in April 2021. Weather didn't cooperate (cool, windy, some rain) but bad weather at the beach beats good weather at work any day. Condo was well equipped. Bed very comfy if you like soft. Very nice of management to provide some cleaning products, which lasted through our stay. Management very friendly and helpful. Other visitors very friendly. Condo backs up to pool; a little noise from kiddos during the day but not disruptive. Sofa could have used a couple of throw pillows. Beach is spotless and beach drivers very respectful of noise and trash ordinances. Appreciated the heated pool. Overall, would gladly return. The view can't be beat!

Great place to stay!
8 of us stayed in this condo, and had plenty of space! The pool area was nice and we were about 3 mintues from the beach by driving. The only thing we found wrong, was some long black hairs in the showers after our arrival. However we will be back!

Great Stay!
Everything was excellent! Our first time visit to Mustang Island and Padre Escapes was stellar. The condo was very clean, neat, and organized. It had everything we needed. The walk to the beach was perfect. Thank you so much!!

Anniversary Trip
We rented this same condo for our Honeymoon and got to stay here again for our second anniversary. This place is wonderful. When you look off your balcony you can see the beach and it is so pretty. And Padre Island Escapes is always so easy to work with.

Our go to getaway! Fantastic location!
We have returned many times to this location. It is our favorite destination! The beach is so close making Village by the Beach ia great place to stay. We have stayed in many units and they are all super clean and safe. The management conpany is so easy to work with and very professional. The pool is one of a kind and well maintained. The area has many great restaurants. Our family loves it!

Great place to stay!
Perfect experience at this spot. SO close to the beach, clean nice room, almost everything we needed in the kitchen, and everything worked. Oh, and the covered community gas bbq grill area was just great! Highly recommend staying here!

This was absolutely the best place I have stayed while visiting! It is so clean, and very well taken care of! The beach is so close and is so peaceful and serene! I would for sure recommend if you are looking for some tranquility and efficient stay!

Great experience
We stayed for 4 nights. The experience was awesome. Omg the view was splendid. We got front beach view which was something very important to us.
The room was well equipped with everything you need, including hand soap (even though I brought my own because in the past the other condos I stayed at didn’t) , which is very rare. Little things like that count when you are on vacation.
The rooms were very pretty. There were 2 king sized beds, one sleeper sofa, a bunk bed, so this condo would accommodate many people. We go to the beach at least once a year and so far this Rental has been the best one. We will definitely come back again. Thank you owners for being so considerate. Loved the artwork and pictures and decorations in the rental. ❤️❤️❤️

Clean Cozy & Comfortable
I had a very relaxing stay! This unit is beautifully decorated, spacious, and super clean. The bed is definitely on the firm side. The kitchen is stocked with everything you might need for preparing meals. Great location, quiet and a short walk to pool/drive to beach!

Relaxing
This 1 bedroom is exactly as described. We rented 2 units to accommodate our family beach trip, this one being the grandparents place!We walked to the beach daily, pool access just across the parking lot. Quiet, well equipped, W/D was great, comfy bed,spacious closets, CLEAN! Would stay here again!

Great escape
This was a very nice a surprisingly spacious place. Simple but very well planned living quarters. And it’s just right around the corner from the beach. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

The condo was super nice. It is about a 1-2 block walk to the beach. The only suggestion I have is to add hooks in the bathroom- there was no place to hang bath towels.

Had and issue
Hello, I had a room that was to sleep 4. The sleeper sofa bed sheets were not changed and was stained with body fluids by previous guest. I suggest that all areas are clean after each guest leave.

Village by the Beach
We were very impressed with this condo. It was super clean, convenient to the beach and lots of room for our family. Having a pool right outside the door was wonderful. It was a great hone away from home! Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay!
This condo fit our needs perfectly for a quick 3 day beach getaway. Nice, clean and convenient to the beach. We appreciated that the rental office was open late, as we did not arrive until close to 8 pm.

Perfect in Every Way
The property was clean, modern and spacious. It was in a great location to the beach and two pools (both with kiddie pools/play area). I can not recommend this place enough. It was perfect in every way!

Best condos ever!
We have now stayed three times in the past two years. Love the closeness to the beach! Love the pools! Love the condos(each of the different condos suited our needs perfectly and were very neat and clean). Staff is very professional and we have only encountered the nicest guests! Will return soon!

Perfect, Perfect, Perfect!
We had such a great time. What a well maintained condo. The location is great and next to all the good stuff on the island. Plus we loved the amenities, the heated pool is great this time of the year.
Also we had an issue with the smoke alarm in the middle of the night and the maintaince guy was there in a flash to fix it. Overall great experience, we will be back.

Our first year as Winter Texans!
We were very pleased overall with our rental experience of three months. The pool is great! We loved Padre Escapes as a property management company. Our condo was very nice and we met some very nice people while visiting. Although we do not have a dog, we appreciate that folks can bring theirs but we were disappointed that some people did not pick up after their dogs. The property has doggie bags very accessible and still the management company was sending staff to pick up dog poop in common walk areas. Very inconsiderate of some renters. This was the only negative; watch where you walk!

Great Escape
Loved staying at tour condo.
It was clean and organized and very comfortable. The staff was very nice. We were just a few steps away from the beach. The beach was clean and beautiful.

Quick Trip

Nice spacious accommodation convenient to main road. Nice furnishings. Disappointed that there was no coffee in unit. Felt secure and had good view of canal. This is an excellent u it if you are bringing a boat. The slip is right out back. Disappointed that there was a "property fee"! Not exactly sure what that is.

We are a family of 6 and Padre Escape knewith that upon registering. When we arrived, the town home was only for 4 people. I had to sleep I the floor. This was very uncomfortable and very disappointing after a 10 hour drive. I would not recommend this to anyone. If you stay here, double check and verify the accommodations.

Sir you had booked another property with us and added on this reservation for one night on the day before your arrival. We had other units available, we explained the situation to you and you chose to take this property. We even gave you a significant discount on the stay, I'm not sure how else we could've been more accommodating.

Clean Condo
Overall, very good; however, Pam slept on the couch because it was better suited than the bed mattress. Also, trash pick up before 7:00 am is not good!

Enjoyed our stay!
We really enjoyed our stay at Village by the Beach. Our young kids loved the pool, and the close proximity to the beach great. The condo was very spacious, clean and nicely appointed. My two very small negatives about the condo: the only thing we lacked for was a cutting board (how picky is that!? and the king size bed wasn't the most comfortable.
The check in and out process was super easy and the folks at Padre Escapes were friendly and helpful.
We'd definitely stay again and rent from Padre Escapes.

Great experience
We had a great time despite the rain. The home we stayed in was poolside and very convenient for guests with many small children. The only problems we had were one of the chair legs we're almost broken. Also the hall light in the staircase was out. I contacted the office and they were supposed to replace it but never did. It was an issue because I had small children staying on the second floor. Other than that I was completely satisfied and plan on staying again in the future.
