Weekend Family Fun
The home was clean and worked for our family. We had the place right across from the pool entrance which was convenient, it did get loud in the late afternoon/evening with people playing music. Multiple groups playing different genres of music. It was a quick drive to the beach. Had the basics in the kitchen for cooking which was nice.

I don't think the dishwasher dried the dishes very well. The fridge had a lot of ice buildup inside. Don't know if that is normal. Also makes strange noises.

Second time staying
This is our second time staying in this rental and it won’t be our last. We love that it’s a corner unit right by the pool entrance. It’s very very clean, the beds are comfortable and the water pressure is really good. The washer and dryer work well and the clothes dry super fast. Lots of pots and pans and dishes to cook there, just remember to buy seasoning! :-)

A beautiful escape, indeed
The condo was amazing, we felt right at home. Loved walking to the beach every day! We did notice that the dishwasher didn’t work and didn’t clean the dishes. The kids’ room has a broken bed and the other one seems like it might be a little unstable as well. The bottom of the toilet lids have gross stains on them. I would recommend replacing. My only other suggestion is to provide more toilet paper for people staying an entire week. All in all, the condo is was awesome, though; and we wished we could stay forever!

2024 Stay
For the most part everything was good. Need to get rid of unnecessary items in cupboards to leave room for storage of groceries. Things like pots and pans that don't sit right on the stove. Maintenance came soon after call to replace light bulbs. Pool area was well maintained.

Great vacation
Love the pool, close to the water, home was clean and inviting. Tub wasn’t draining (probably from sand buildup) but they fixed it that day. Helpful staff. Will visit again

Hot! A/c couldn’t keep up.
The house got up to 78 degrees during the day. Would finally cool off around 3:00am. Made it tough to sleep. Lucky we were not there much during the day. Otherwise, the place was great.

Wonderful unit overall. Our family had a nice time. Very nice being close to the large pool. Would stay there again. However, there were very limited cable channels. My son hooked up his Xbox which allowed us access to Hulu, etc....

Fabulous Fun Filled Vacation
Great unit! Clean and comfortable. We loved the proximity to the beach. The pool was relaxing after a day at the beach. The pool key did not work well, but we managed. We wish there was a Roku or something we could log into our Netflix. We will be back...already looking at what dates to book@

Holidays at the Village by the Beach
We spent a month at Village by the Beach beginning the second week of December. This was our second time at this condo and we enjoyed spending the holidays at the beach. It is a clean, comfortable rental in a great location. Customer service was great; very responsive and went the extra mile to make sure we had a pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend. Nothing too fancy but had everything needed to be comfortable and just a short walk to the beach.

Great location to the beach. Condo is very well appointed and extremely clean. An end unit directly opposite one of the pools. The kids play area is wonderful. Very comfortable beds and furniture. Ample space in the condo to relax. I would return.

Perfect getaway rental
Highly recommended super cute rental! The property description provided was pretty accurate and the rental was clean and well-maintained. We loved that it’s a family-friendly property and perfectly located by a pool, bbq grills and a short walk from the beach and drive from restaurants! There’s even a grocery store nearby! We definitely took advantage of the kids pools! Enjoyed dinner at La Palma Mexican and Rock and Rolls Sushi, which we would highly recommend.

Bought some Clorox wipes and wiped everything. Washed all dishes before using them. Floor was gross. Bought a Swiffer wet jet and mopped them. Living room furniture was in poor shape. A/C was good. Pool was suspect. Not sure if the dryer is vented to the outside. Beds were fine. It was relatively quiet. I wouldn't recommend this property.

Carpenter Family Vacay
The place was beautiful! We really enjoyed it. The coffee pot will need to be replaced soon-it has glitches. The springs in the chairs are also coming up, this could be a hazard to littles down the road. Other than that, we very pleased!

Can’t wait to go again!!!
This rental was perfect! I loved that it was a corner unit by the big pool! It made loading and unloading easy since our vehicle was right around the corner. Everything was super CLEAN and nice! We had everything we needed for our stay. Fridge was huge and beds were comfy. The beach is within 5 minutes walking distance and we love it. Checkout was super easy and is at 11a which is nice. HIGHLY recommend this unit to rent!

Family retreat at beach
The village by the sea condo was just what we needed. Right size to accommodate our family and met our needs. The pool was the right size and a few steps from our door. The distance to the beach was a short distance that you can walk or drive.

Winter Getaway
The apartment was VERY clean and neat. It had most anything you could need for preparing meals. The management was very customer service oriented and the staff professional yet friendly. While we didn't use the pool area, it was very clean and inviting. We would definitely recommend this property.

Beach Getaway
Amazing location for an easy walk or drive to the beach. The people managing the property were very accommodating & easy to contact. The heated pool being steps away from the front patio was a great added plus!! We loved our stay & enjoyed our time.

BEST PLACE EVER!!!

spacious unit with fun pool, walking to beach
We loved the roomy living and dining areas. The pool was right outside the little front porch which was both good and bad. Friday the property got crowded with a lot of people and the noise escalated(music/pool gate slamming). Our kids loved the pool setup (waterfall/ splash area) and the playground, you could walk to beach but in about 15 minutes, we drove with the kids and all the gear. I would stay here again and be prepared for the crowds. lOved how the unit was decorated!

Winter Escape
Padre Escape properties are the best! Any concerns are addressed promptly. This unit was fairly well appointed. The bedrooms are very nice. The livingroom sofas are tired and uncomfortable, but we understand they have had much use. We love the porch for reading and the heated pool is great. We'll be back next year!

Great condo!
What a pleasant surprise. The condo was perfect for our needs and was attractively furnished. It made a great stay for me and my two sisters. The rental management was very accommodating and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. One of our members was physically challenged, and everything was easily accessible for her.

FANTASTIC!!!
When we arrived we found the townhome to be EVEN better than described.
The Customer Service was very helpful sending information. The place was beautiful and very clean. Pool was wonderful. Beach was very short 2 1/2 to maybe 3 blocks (5-10 mins).
I would rent this townhome again.

Great location! Steps from the pool. The place was very clean. Could of used more than one hand towel for each bathroom. Management was very helpful and prompt when there was a problem. Would recommend this to friends.

Great vacation rental.
It was a beautiful place. We enjoyed our stay. Would have liked a hand towel for each person and it would have been nice to have towels for the pool. We would stay here again if we come back to the area.

Fantastic Beach Vacation
Our family was looking for a close beach getaway and we have learned that renting a Condo is so much better than staying in a tiny hotel room. This condo was amazing and exceeded our expectations! Two spacious bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms a large living room and kitchen with an eat in dining room, its like home away from home! This condo was well kept, beautifully decorated and in spotless condition. It was right next to the pool and a block away from the beach. We have two young children so this was very convenient for us. The complex's pool has one large main pool with a gradual entrance, perfect for little ones who like shallow water, plus an 18 inch kiddie pool that my little ones just loved. Corpus has a lot for kids to do, mine loved the Texas State Aquarium and the Lexington. Plus chasing seagulls on the beach can't be beat. Check in was very easy and they texted us that our room was ready 3 hours early, which was very nice after a long drive with the kids. Checkout was simple, just clicked on a link. We would gladly stay here again in a heartbeat! We will be back!

Had a wonderful experience with our rental. The place was clean and comfortable with room for all. B923K was just a walk out the door to the kids pool and a short trip down to the beach. The location was close to shopping and entertainment. We even got to see a turtle hatchling release. Such fun.

Best Mini Vacay
We needed somewhere to stay at short notice and found paradise!!! I know this establishment is fairly new but it was awesome! I have stayed in every beachfront property and this place by far was the absolute best!!! No need to be beach front! The daily messages from the mgmt let me know that we were not just another renter. We were taken care of!! The easy keyless entry was great and the easy check-out was very convenient!! I cannot say enough about this place!!! My family and I have found a new home away from home!!!

A great property!
We had a great time staying at Village by the Beach. Our condo was located in a great spot, not far from the beach at all! The patio was next to the pool area of the condo which worked out great for the kiddos. Would definitely go back.

Village by the Beach
We really enjoyed every minute of our week stay. We booked a 2/2 Condo at Village by the Beach. It is located right around the corner from Beach Access 3A. We would drive to the beach and set up our spot, then walk back and forth to the Condo as needed. The Beach was awesome. It is a true Texas atmosphere. Everyone was friendly and respectful. The was plenty of wildlife for viewing and beach combing. (Hermit Crabs, Sea Turtles, Star Fish, Sand Dollars and a plethora of shells. The waves were great, water was warm and there was the perfect Gulf breeze in the afternoons to keep everyone comfortable. I even got in a few good beach runs over the week.
The Condo was practically new. It was decorated nicely and furnished appropriately. One of the perks I personally liked was that the freezer was large enough to hold approximately 50#s of ice. I only had to purchase cooler ice once for the entire week. With the full kitchen, and outdoor grills we were able to cook nice meals and save some $$. However we also we

Great Corpus vacation
Four of us stayed for 4 days with ample room. The condo was in perfect condition, very clean and well equipped. It is located at the end of a row of condos right next to the pool and parking space. Very close to gas station, grocery store and good restaurants. Enjoyed short walk to the beach. Very quiet and relaxing. Would definitely return.

Wonderful Time
We stayed at this rental for 3 nights with my wife, 7 year old, 3 year old, and my parents. There was plenty of room. The set-up with beds was perfect for our family. The place was so clean, well equipped, and decorated nicely. We will be coming back for sure!
