We have stayed at El Constante several times and rented a few different condos. The grounds are well kelp and clean. We love how easy it is the walk down to the beach and also drive if we prefer. This time we stayed in unit 106 1st floor. This is actually our second time n this unit. They have made some great updates such as adding a really nice walk in shower and reworking the kitchen. The king bed is very comfortable.

One negative is they must have had a flood which has really damaged the new flooring. Sad to see.

This honestly was a super cute condo, it had wonderful views of the beaches and it was decorated well. The only thing I would change next time for my visit was stay in a top condo because we had a family of five above us with many small children and they were constantly running up and down their condo past 11 pm. I don’t fault the complex for the noise but it did make sleeping difficult. Just be mindful if you stay in this unit of the noise level from above. Overall I loved the location but will stay in a top condo next time.

The property was very nice. However, the pans were unusable and we had to buy a pan. The utensils were dirty and had to rewash them. The rug in the primary room was sandy and the sheets were not clean in one of the bedrooms. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Great location. Convenient to beach. Pitch the canopy and you're good for the day. Condo dinner chairs have zero support - need wood or metal. Mattress in master bedroom also has zero support. Master bath needs shampoo and soap rack.

Cozy place and very family oriented. Pool is great for kids of all ages. Our stay was great once we were able to find the unit. Unit numbers are very confusing since there are a few with same numbers. Only issue was the tv’s kept losing connection and wouldn’t work. We were able to get the one in the living room and master working but the one in the other room never worked during our stay.

The location is very convenient- walking distance to the beach. Although this rental is old, smelled old, it was clean. Bring your own towels. The one they provide has seen its days. Another small drawback is the noise from the neighbors above us, especially after 11pm when we were trying to get some sleep. We liked that the shower is newly remodeled.

Otherwise our stay was satisfactory since we were out on the beach all day. This location will be on our list to rent again on our next visit.

We stayed at this complex last year and enjoyed the location and ease of access. I think the unit we stayed in this time was more to our liking due to having an island instead of a bar in the kitchen. It was modern not overly cluttered and the kitchen was well equipped. The only thing that I would recommend is to update the stove, the burners do not lie flat and so there are really only 2 that you can use. One other thing about the complex is that the pool and hot tub had more debris in it then I remember last time. Would definitely stay in this complex and unit again.

It was great to see the water from the living room. The weather was fantastic. The unit is comfortable but needs a little attention to the kitchen area. The door on the refrigerator is still broken and the burners on the stove sometimes work and then don’t. But these are minor inconveniences. The furnishings are comfortable and the shower is great.

We enjoyed our stay at the complex but would most likely not stay again in the same unit. We were a bit disappointed that we were unable to enjoy sitting on the patio due to the excessive amount of bird droppings all over the cushions and table. Felt it could have been cleaned up prior to our stay. The water pressure on the master bathroom sink was little to none and the 2nd bathroom bathtub would not drain. A wifi password was provided but it would not connect. However, loved the pool and close proximity to the beach. Will definitely stay here again just not in this unit.

I have nothing bad to say about this place! Located right in front of the pool and very close to the beach. This Airbnb has everything you need in the kitchen and was very clean. My husband and I have 6 kids and a dog. There was plenty of space for all of us. Thank you!

This was a pretty nice place! Overall not a single complaint about the property at Ll! I also think the walls are pretty thick. Some people were hanging out at fhe pool and we couldn't hear a thing inside. Location is super close to the beach and it was just overall great!

Love this unit. It's our second time staying there. Plenty of space, plenty of bedding and towels. Kitchen is well equipped. We did have some sugar ants join us at one point but we made sure to place anything that would attract them in the fridge. Love being near the pool and the beach.

The cndo was very clean.The kitchen was well equipped.Everything was in working order. The woven chairs at the dinning room table are a little uncomfortable and the dryer took a little longer to dry than I'm normally used to. Some extra lighting in back would be helpful but none of these small issues are deal breakers for me.

This place is in a great location right on the beach. The road runs behind Padre Scapes and only the sand between Padre Escapes and the ocean. There is vehicle beach access right next to Padre Escapes. They also have golf cart parking if you choose to rent a golf cart you haul your family and things around. The condo we stayed in allowed us to bring our two dogs. The condo was clean and we had an enjoyable experience. I would recommend to anyone with kids that would like to be right on the beach. They also have an outdoor salt water pool and provide pool towels for the pool. Also, customer service was excellent!

We enjoyed our time here. The location is great. The first night was not great because the neighbors were pretty loud and smoking so that is all you could smell inside and on the back porch. The rest of the nights were fine though because they left. Our deck was empty except for two plastic chairs. From the pictures, I expected a few more chairs. The water pressure was great and we always had hot water. We liked the ice maker and fridge. The kids liked the pool and the beds were comfortable.

We stayed in i910k which was super close to the large pool. I loved that we did not have to climb stairs to get to the bedroom and keep small children safe. Only problem we had was not able to get the TV to work in the living room. Condo was very clean, cool, and the bed was very comfy. Music on Friday nite from the pool was too loud and they didn’t honor the 10 pm quiet time so anyone with elderly or small children may have hard time sleeping till the music stopped. Overall we love village by the beach.

Place was nice. Would return. Just need some issues fixed. The last day we washed clothes and took all day just to dry a load. Dryer needs fixed or replaced. Also some dishes were dirty but put up like clean. Probably the cleaning people fault. Other than that enjoyed the convenience of the pool and the short walk to beach. I would recommend this place to others. Just hopefully the issue with dryer gets fixed ASAP and someone inspects after been cleaned. Also had to call at 4 to get check in information. Was supposed to get call but no one called. So I did

The condo was in a great location and it was nicely decorated. However, there was a large throw run in the living room that has a bad order to it. Probably from the constant high humidity, sandy wet feet etc. We kept trying to get our kids to stop sitting on the carpet because their clothes would end up smelling like the carpet. The floors could’ve been cleaner. Other than this we had a great Easter Weekend at the beach

Beautiful property and well kept. The couches and stools for dining were ok in appearance but not comfortable. Nice washer/dryer, appliances and porch furniture. The bed in the master bedroom was the worst we have ever slept on and you could hear it cracking and breaking, etc.when my husband got up, turned over. You could hear it throughout the condo. The pool area is wonderful, parking is close to beaches and golf cart rentals are in abundance. Loved it in spite of the furnishings.

'Beach Please' was the perfect vacation spot. The property management staff was very informative, the property was only a short walk away from the beach (or you could drive to the beach parking lot only two minutes away). All was clean and loved the configuration. Will definitely look to rent in future trips to N. Padre. Thank you.

Great location. Beds were worst ever, actually painful. $500 a night for a rental where the air conditioning doesn’t work in the bedrooms is ridiculous. Management company response is “yeah, it’s hot”

My experience at Village by the Beach was AMAZING! The property was just as it was described. The home and property was so inviting and relaxing. The short walk to the beach was exactly what I needed.

We stayed in the condo for a month and it worked pretty much for what we needed. The location to the beach was great. Nice pool and okay hot tub (not great jets). I was disappointed in the pots and pans provided. They were scratched and rusted and there was one small frying pan which made it difficult to cook. The community grills did save the day.

This property is well maintained. This was our third stay at Village by the Beach. Every time the unit is spotless. 910 has great beds and bedding. The location is wonderful and close to beach. The pools are wonderful for all ages from littles to grandparents. This unit's kitchen is well stocked for cooking meals. We love the gated patio for keeping babies contained while having a place to play outside. We will be back!

We had a great stay. The pool was great and we were close to the beach. The space was well appointed with everything we needed. One thing to note is that while the space looks clean, under furniture is definitely neglected. This is not something I would normally notice, but my kid’s pacifier fell under the couch. It looked like cleaning has not happened under the couch in a very long time.

The master bedroom mattress is old and needs to be replaced. Kitchen appliances are great and tons of utensils. Washer and dryer in unit are nice amenity. Corner unit at front of complex is great location to whitecap beach. Gazebo is fun to hang out in at night!!! Watch out though because after a rain mosquitoes are killers. There were millions!!!

Had a great Stay-cation. I'm from Corpus Christi and didn't have to travel far to vacation. This place is a hidden gem. Property was very nice and clean. Will definitely stay again. only 1 little problem when plumbing broke in shower and had to wait for maintenance to come in the middle of the night. so we had to go without water for about 10 hours. other than that was a great time.

Village by the Beach is in a great location, just a short walk to beach. It was beautifully decorated and well maintained. There were basic cleaning products as well as pots, pans, dishes and flatware but if you're planning to cook be sure to bring your own spices, there wasn't even salt & pepper. Others places we've stayed had spices so we didn't bring any. Also, we took a dog and although there were dog areas with cleanup bags, the surface was not grass but rocks. I wish I had known that ahead of time. Other than that I would've rated 5 stars.

Enjoyed a 3-night stay with family members; ...a little pricey to stay longer. The property is new, fresh, clean and well-maintained with nice appliances and washer/dryer. Suggest a few more spoons in kitchen, potato masher (as we cooked meals) and improved lighting in bedrooms and bathrooms, a few hooks to hang wet towels since only one towel is issued per person for entire stay. Loved the pool access right outside the door and that it was very quiet indoors. I recommend it.

beautiful updated unit. VERY comfortable beds. even though the pool area and neighbors balcony's may get a little loud, the unit stayed pretty quiet inside. The floor tiles in the living space need to be reset and secured to the floor. Other than that this unit was perfect and I look forward to returning. Cant find a better location for beach access.

This unit was super clean, well equipped in the kitchen, beds were comfy, location was good, dog friendly, very spacious and the list goes on. The pool was beautiful and heated, it was barely pushing lukewarm so it could have been warmer but it was ok. Definitely would love a large hot tub. Walking distance to the beach. Could use an HEB or Walmart a little closer but there are convenience stores around the corner. We however did run into a problem with the sleeping arrangement. It started that there was a credenza (pull out bed) in the livingroom however one the 1st night 2 of my guest had no where to sleep which was very upsetting for us all! We had a breaker flip for the 2 bathrooms which they did walk us through getting that fixed right away. Overall it was a 4* place for us and we will be staying again in a bigger unit next time.

We stayed here in December. We were a total of 7 in our group and there was plenty of room. We have two small dogs and this place allows pets. That made the deal for us. We did not want to leave our pups behind. The beautiful thing about this beach is that you can walk your dogs on the beach with a leash. The house was right by the pool! The pool is just perfect! The house had all the items we needed plus more. The restrooms had all the toiletries needed and the washer and dryer were awesome. The beds in the room were very comfortable and the decor of the home is beautiful. All the rooms had smart TVs and we were able to watch Netflix on them. The restrooms had bath and body soaps and I loved that little detail❤️ The beach is just a short walk away on a quiet road. I would definitely stay here again.

I booked beachside stay several months ago. I am a single parent with two small kids and staying beachside is very convenient for me as well as accessible to the beach. Not being able to stay beachside required that I drive to the beach, load and unload daily. The constant loading and lifting caused severe back ache and pain. I have a very bad back in which I see a Chiropractor regularly. I was in pain all weekend and couldn’t wait to get back home to see my Dr. Un addition to to being misplaced, I was away from my other family members that had condos next to mine. I did not enjoy this visit to the beach at all.

The replacement property was nice but not convenient for me or my personal health.

It was great place to stay. Clean, modern, plenty of supplies to get started, good cook/silverware and a great coffee pot ;) The pool was fantastic and gorgeous at night. Lots of family's and a pretty good location to everything. Oh, and La Palma Mexican restaurant (right around the corner) is fantastic!

This unit is very updated and a great deal for the price. Great location. Right on the beach. Other than that it doesn’t look like the facility has recovered from last years hurricane. Only the ocean front units have been repainted. The rest looks old and warped.

Every building in the complex actually has a new roof. Most of the buildings are stucco but the front building was switched to hardy plank which happened before the hurricane. Thank you for your feedback.

Chose condo after looking at multiple listings because of amazing swimming pool and bunkbeds.
Sometimes pictures are better than actual property but not in this case. Condo was spotless, beautiful,had everything you could possibly need. Walking distance to beach although we drove and parked on beach. Would definitely stay there again

Overall this was wonderful. We had trouble with our AC the first and last day we were there. First day, the grounds keeper took a look at it and got to working. The last day, an AC pro went out after hours and fixed it within the hour. Besides our AC issue, everything was great!

Hi I’m writing to let y’all know there where several problems we had while staying at the condo.
1). The air conditioning temperature
We didn’t care for y’all controlling the temperature, we where very uncomfortable and warm.

2). I had spilled some water on the kitchen floor, so as I was wiping it up the mop was black with dirt.

3). We where making something in the oven and the condo was filling with smoke, I’m surprised that the smoke dector don’t go off, but that was no problem cause I found the dector in the masters bedroom closet, so I guess there was something on the bottom of the oven.

4). I had called for more towels and was told we had to just wash the ones we had because we have a washer and dryer.

So there fore I do think that we should be compensated.

We do not control th thermostat. When you move the temp below 68, it automatically moves back up by 1 degree every 5 minutes until it gets to 68 then stops. It was completely automated I must say. They waived my late arrival fee. They shared me the keycode over the mail after they verified my identity. The pictures do it no justice. We had such a wonderful time at Village by the Beach. The amenities are countless. To the baby bed rails, high chair, toiletries, kid step stool, extra blankets, towels, pool towels, the well stocked kitchen and don't get me started on the pool! We had a fabulous time and cannot stop telling friends and family about this place. It is really a gem! The beds were so comfortable. The AC was cold. The place was super clean. The decor was beachy but not cliché. The pool was clean and had so many areas for the little ones to play. The splash pool was much appreciated but so were the "beach" walk in areas as well. We spent most of our time in the pool and loved it. A fellow vacationer told us about the phase 2 pool next door and it was a hit with my 2 year old. There is also a playground as well. I have tons of pictures and also filmed a tour that I will be posting on my youtube channel. Awesome vacation!!

No complaints whatsoever on the condo. The pool at the condo on the other hand could stand a little bit better monitoring. In the afternoon of Sunday, July 2nd an entire softball team along with their parents consumed just about the entire pool area. The occupancy limit was 50 and I would say that the team was close to that number alone. As you can imagine the pool water was not something you would want to even get in, let alone enjoy. Is the pool a public pool or is it just for those staying in the condos there? My family and I had plans of using a grill at the pool and that did not happen as we would have had to become part of their party just to make our food, while they enjoyed their pizza party (as a large amount of pizzas were delivered for them). We paid $---- a night to stay in the condo and enjoy the amenities and that was definitely not possible that night. When waking up the next morning we heard that another family had quite a few things stolen from the front porch of their condo which caused us to be even more frustrated with the number of people at the pool the night before.

We had a fabulous time in Texas! My family decided on a final big trip before my kids went off to college. We definitely picked the right place to vacation. The condo was spacious, clean and very inviting. Sitting on our porch was so relaxing. It was so relaxing to listen to the pools fountains and hearing the ocean in the background. The weather was warm and a bit humid. Perfect for us that came to visit from Wisconsin! We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Thank you!

We were pleasantly surprised, not knowing what to expect when we booked this unit for a 3-day extension to a conference in San Antonio. The living room cabinet turns into a comfortable bed which we thought was a piece of furniture. Fortunately, one of our group of 3 knew what it was, how to unfold it, and it was brand-new. The 2 bedrooms were spacious and comfortable with 2 full baths. There were lots of new cups, dishes, cutlery. The pool is very nice, and resort-like. The walk to the beach is very short. I highly recommend this place and ask that you keep it as clean and perfect as it appeared during our stay, because that made this very enjoyable and comfortable. Also, the real estate company made this very easy to find, and easy to check in and out.

We really appreciated the decor and lay out of the rental. It had a beachy theme and was able to accommodate 6 adults comfortably. There were a few things that would have made things more convenient such as: hangers for clothes (we purchased some and left them for the next visitors), lids for the large pots and pans, dust pan to go with the broom, pot holders, more towel racks and/or hooks for damp towels, basic condiments like salt, pepper and sugar and a couple of more blankets. These are not complaints just suggestions. There was a leak in the master bathroom under the sink and the management quickly took care of that. We did mention that there was not a light bulb in the stairway light fixture and that was not dealt with while we were there. Overall, the place was clean, spacious, fairly well equipped and beautifully decorated. The mattresses were very comfortable.
