Pretty good place to stay close to beach
Overall the stay was great. The only issue we had was that the bathroom was not extremely clean. We found the previous guest’s hair all over the bathroom and especially on the shower wall.

Great Condo
Overall great condo. Location is fabulous. Close the the beach and the pool is quiet and was never crowded. Kitchen was well stocked. We had a maintenance issue upon arrival, but the maintenance team had it promptly fixed. The refrigerator smells awful And could really use some blackout drapes in the master. Other than those small things, it was great!

A Great Stay
Our stay was very good. The condo was a bit small but not bad. Our ac unit stopped cooling the first night but they maintenance out within an hour after us calling them and took care of the issue. We really enjoyed the pools. We will definitely be returning soon.

Hit and Miss
Cute unit. A/C was frustrating during night time hours. Cleanliness rated as a B+. Best part of the unit was the shower. Need to engineer the unit with the extra shower space to accept a dishwasher and easier access to the washer/dryer.
Very disappointed with the amount of 4 wheelers that were allowed on the property. Golf carts were fine, but the 4 wheelers were a complete disruption.

Good modern place
There's no such thing as a good value at these vacation rentals, but I was very satisfied with this place. It's itty bitty but it had everything I needed. Except a dishwasher but hey, i can manage.

Great place for our family!
We loved staying in this townhouse. It was perfect for our range of children, from kindergartener to high schooler. There was plenty of space, the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dishes, and we loved having the washer and dryer. We walked to and from the beach several times, and also drove and used the nearby public parking. The pool was also wonderful! I would book it again, for sure.

Awesome location!!
We had a fabulous time!! The house has two maters that both have bathrooms upstairs which was awesome. You go through the back door and the pool, splash pad, playground are right there! My girls loved it. The beach is a 5 min walk. We will definitely be staying here again! Thank you for making our stay wonderful!

Beautiful house
I had a wonderful time staying at the house. It was a rainy weekend, but that didn't stop me. The house was clean, bright, well furnished, and convenient to lots of food establishments and shops. I've stayed here before, and its been great both times. I would highly recommend this house and area for anyone...

Clean and well equipped!
This was a great place to stay. We were able to access all NCAA basketball games (men and women). Very good location. The weather was not ideal, but the kids were okay with that once they realized that the wifi was good and hanging out at the condo was okay. Easy checkout!

A great, relaxing family getaway!
Very nice! Comfortable, clean, and great themed decor! Very convenient to get in and out of the pool and short distance to the beach. It was perfect for our family with young kids. Nice location with options of food and activity nearby. Fun games left for the kids to play.

Highly Recommend
This is the perfect beach rental. The pool is right out the back door and the beach is a short two minute walk. The town home is well maintained and decorated really cute. There were even nice touches such as good guest soaps and postcards provided that you can take or use. Property management was responsive and easy to work with. This will be our "go to" for Padre visits!

Quick getaway
Very nice place to stay. Plenty of beds to fit a family of 7, with a bed for everyone. Games were especially nice. I like the soaps they leave for us. The only thing I can complain about is the light bulb in the ceiling fan was out so at night and the morning we only had lamps and the restroom light. Also a few small roaches down stairs near the bathroom.

Wonderful vacation abode
We enjoyed a wonderful week at the Corpus Christi beach. The townhouse is beautiful, very clean and close to everything. The pool is right outside the door, the playground is steps away and the beach is a very short walk away. We will be back in the spring.

No more hotels! This is it!
Thank you so much for this incredible place. Our family had a blast. We have 3 boys and they loved the bunk beds, the pool right out the back door and even the board games and Xbox to play at night. The beach is a 5 minute walk away, I measured it at 0.2 mi ;-) with our car. It was great to have the front door facing the parking spot and the back door facing the kids park and pool, it also allowed us to wash all the sand out and sit to read a book. We are kind of clean freaks and we appreciated the cleanliness and attention to detail. My wife fell in love with your decorations and our king bed was super comfortable. Thanks for having a stocked kitchen, we loved that we were able to cook everyday and save on eating out. We were pretty impressed that we had neighboors with a lot of people and you could not hear anything from outside, it was awsome peace and quiet. Last thing was the cool app, I did not have to go to any check-in desk or anything. We are coming back for sure. Thank you. Rafa.

Padre Island Escape
We had a wonderful time at the Beach House Vacation rental. The home and the proximity to the beach were perfect. Our kids enjoyed the swimming and splash pools and the bunk bed set-up was a real treat. Thanks to the owners and Village by the Beach for hosting us. The Brooklyn Pie Company and the Rock and Roll Sushi Lounger were easy and convenient food options when we were not utilizing the kitchen for our meals. It was really good customer service to have the telephone and e-mail contact with the management company before and just after check in. John Hicklin

Great time, we had 4 units total and every one was pleased,beds were a bit cooled very well and we were there on some hot days. Kitchen cooking items were needed to be updated, some looked as they came from Goodwill. My unit 903 had way too much pretty stuff everywhere, also the king bed in 903 was too big for the bedroom size,queen would be better , couldn't get around it and kept hitting my toe on the wicker frame. A sitting chair would been nice in the master, verses a king bed. Check in and out was very simple, leasing personal very helpful.

Awesome Condo
The condo was exactly the same as display on the website. It was very spacious and everyone had a good night rest. Patio lead straight to the kiddy pool, this was a plus for us since we have 4 small children. Definitely make reservation for next year.

April Weekend Getaway
The place was perfect for my 3 year old daughter and 1 year old son. They absolutely LOVED the bunk beds and were so excited about their 'new' house in Corpus! The pool and playscape are literally steps away from the back door and the property is a block away from the beach. I really wish the weather held up (as it was really windy and cold), but we had a blast. Kids also loved the stairs (as we do not have any in our home) and everything was really comfortable. We look forward to rebooking when we return back to Corpus.

Another Spectacular Experience
First off I want to say that we love Padre Island! Padre Escapes is a great place to book a tropical trip without having to deal with the hustle and bustle of a place like Miami Beach. The rental units are spectacular and the pools are always clean and refreshing. The island offers many delicious places to eat and the convenience stores are well priced. Walking along the beach is breathtaking and always serves as a great last (or first) resort for something to do. I cannot recommend renting through Padre Escapes enough. We will be back!

Great Location!

Beach Condo Dream
We loved this spacious beach condo from the moment we walked in. The entire place is filled with beautiful beach accents in each room. It has a large living room and kitchen area, full size fridge, washer and dryer. Easy access to the pool and beach is a vacationers dream. The whole place is very clean and well kept. We loved it and can't wait to back every year!

Wish we could have stayed longer
Loved the property and the experience. Beautifully decorated, plenty of room, clean, great location. One of the best vacation rentals or timeshares I have ever stayed in. Can't wait to go back.

Perfect! Highly recommend!
The location was great for us since we like to fish and go to the beach area. The beach entrance was right around the corner and it gave us access to fishing at the Packery (sp?) On top of that, we wanted to have access to a pool. Well...all we had to do was open the backdoor and the pool was right there. Also, the larger pool was one building away. Hopefully in the future they will add bbq pits to the smaller pool area but that would not hold us back from renting again. The townhome was very clean, lots of room, very relaxing...just simply amazing! Whoever rents it in the future..please take good care of really is a gem!

Family Beach Getaway
The entire family had a great time. The children loved the access to the beach and pool. The beach was walking distance however we drove because we had items needed for the beach. Make sure you have a beach permit if you plan to park on the beach. The accommodations were exceptional. The property was clean, quiet,and relaxing. We will definitely visit again. Would definitely recommend, you won't be disappointed.
