Good place to stay
Overall, a great place. Cute clean small condo. Yes it’s close walking distance to beach, but we still bought the parking pass and drove to the beach access closest to the condo and were happy that it seemed less travelled than the other entrance down the road. Minor complaints are the ice machine and water aren’t hooked up on the fridge, downstairs needs new lightbulbs everywhere (so bad to the point it’s unsafe to walk down the hallway at night), and the AC outside is pretty loud. Nothing that can be changed about it, but know how thin the walls are before coming - we literally couldn’t sleep from the neighbors snoring through the walls. Every footstep can be heard from the neighboring units. (Think a party of 8 coming home at 2 am ��). Backyard is an ok place for pets to pee, but not a not a place to for people to hang out just fyi.

Beach Rental
We all had a relaxing experience, and yung adults where able to go fishing near by. The bungulow was fantastic. It provide everything we need from cooking to sleeping. It needs a message postcard to leave for message.

We did not like the set up at all, with the living on top and beds on first floor. Noisy and inconvenient. The AC unit outside the bedroom was SO noisy. Never heard anything like it!

Vacation felt like home
We loved and enjoyed our stay here! It was actually more spacious that what we thought. We are a big family and our pets and we appreciate it so much to have found a place to bring our fur babies. It was nice waking up and being to make coffee and just feel like at home but with beach next door! Oh that too, beach was so close to us and we loved that, I personally loved that they also provided a kids wagon!!! Life savor!!

Good place to stay
Overall, we enjoyed our short stay at the property. We especially liked the comfort of the beds and the ample towels provided. Most of the property was clean, but a few areas needed attention. The check-in / check-out process was easy. The website was useful for finding restaurants and attractions around the property.
1) The coffee maker should have a filter. You should not expect tenants to know what type of filter they are required to bring with them.
2) The dishware tray does not have wheels in the front, making it very hard to push the tray back in when it is full of dishes.
3) All but two pots and pans are usable.
4) heavy mold around the washer needs to be cleaned.

The condo was very clean. Great location, easy access to the beach. Few recommendations: add more towels, pots & pans and create more shade at the pool.

Good Place to Stay
Overall, this was a very convenient and nice place to stay. Everything was clean upon arrival and it had everything we needed for our short stay.
The proximity to the beach really made it worth it. Everyone in the office was extremely nice and helpful as well.
The only complaint I have is the sofa bed. The mattress was maybe 2 inches thick so I could feel every bar from the bed frame, this made sleeping difficult. With that said, we made due for the two nights we were there. Hopefully this is an easy replacement for the future. I still recommend this condo, but with the sofa bed issue, it is probably better suited to just two people.
