5 star condo but....
Booked here for the purpose of fishing off the docks. What happened the 5 green lights that were in place when this place first opened 5 years ago...we were disappointed 2 years ago and are disappointed again on this trip...will you ever have the green lights in place like when Aruba Bay opened?

A bit disappointing
I have been going to this property for years however this is the first time I tried this specific unit although it was a cute unit and very similar to other ones I stayed at, the furniture was very dirty and chairs were torn. There were stains all over the couches. The property had not been cleaned properly the dishes were dirty, and there was make up on the bathroom doors. The green lights were not working, except one of them, so it was difficult to fish there as we normally love to do and the pool area needed some maintenance. This trip was a bit disappointing, but I must say that I do love several of the units on that property and next time I will try a different one.

Simple Review of Our Stay
Great stay with only a few problems. 1)Upstairs living room remote controls need instructions, never really did figure them out, had to unplug spectrum routers several times to get the TV to work. 2)upstairs couch was super noisey . 3) WAY too many political flags being flown, seems that some visitors just want to cause confrontations

Nice place, close to the beach
Good experience. The place was clean and well appointed. We liked the amenities at the complex. The only thing that would have been better is if it had a water view, but we knew that when we booked. Overall it was a great stay

Unpleasant smell stole the show
The location, layout, decor was all great. We wanted to love this place but the smell stole the show. The home had a musty, smoke smell throughout the entire home. I’m not sure if there were past smokers in the residence or what. There was also a past leak in the upstairs toilet room, so there is a big water stain and potentially mold in the ceiling as you walk in. Not sure if this is the source of the smell or not.

Winter Texans
We were very pleased with the roomy comfortable condo. It had everything we needed, very clean and nicely decorated. Enjoyed having the pool so close to the unit and the walk to the beach was short. I would recommend it to friends and family. In fact we liked the Villlage By The Beach so much we are returning next January.

GOOD TRIP
EVERYTHING WAS AS DESCRIBED. NO PROBLEMS. CHILDREN LOVED IT. IT WAS A WONDERFUL PLACE TO STAY. MY ONLY PROBLEM OR SHOULD I SAY SUGGESTION WOULD BE THAT THERE NEEDS TO BE A BBQ PIT OUTSIDE EVERY RESIDENCE... I ONLY SAW 2 PITS AND THEY WERE FAR AWAY FROM THE ACTION AT THE END OF RESIDENCE...
