Winter Texans
We were very pleased with the roomy comfortable condo. It had everything we needed, very clean and nicely decorated. Enjoyed having the pool so close to the unit and the walk to the beach was short. I would recommend it to friends and family. In fact we liked the Villlage By The Beach so much we are returning next January.

GOOD TRIP
EVERYTHING WAS AS DESCRIBED. NO PROBLEMS. CHILDREN LOVED IT. IT WAS A WONDERFUL PLACE TO STAY. MY ONLY PROBLEM OR SHOULD I SAY SUGGESTION WOULD BE THAT THERE NEEDS TO BE A BBQ PIT OUTSIDE EVERY RESIDENCE... I ONLY SAW 2 PITS AND THEY WERE FAR AWAY FROM THE ACTION AT THE END OF RESIDENCE... I MEAN THIS IS TEXAS AFTER ALL... #BBQ COUNTRY~~~

This property was perfect and will stay here again! Our daughter goes to Texas A & M, and love being by the ocean when we visit! Love the decor and furnishings and the 2 bedrooms with king beds!!

The Village at the Beach was clean, convienent, and relaxing. Excellent. Loved the space and the no-hassle check in/out system. I booked my stay there through a third party (well recognized hotel chain) vendor instead of Padre Escapes and later learned I paid more than I could have if I booked directly with Padre, but I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the kids loved, loved, LOVED the
kiddie pool! I highly recommend booking a vacation here through Padre Escapes!

It was such an amazing experience and stay. It was great having all the shopping near by and being close to the beach. Really would love to rent again next year.
