Not happy and not recommeded

The property encountered several issues. The house was old and dimly lit. The twin bed box, which needed to be set up, was broken and could not be assembled properly, rendering it unusable for sleeping. The property lacked essential amenities such as soap, salt, and a small amount of oil, eliminating the need to rush to a store at 11 pm to purchase essentials. Additionally, the property did not provide coffee, which I need to purchase at 6 am. The room was dark, and the light fixtures were inadequate. Furthermore, there was only one bathroom in total, and the master bathroom appeared to be locked for some reason. The bathroom was also not well-maintained, as the basin water was always stuck, indicating a need for proper plumbing. This was the worst experience I have had with Airbnb.

We do want to clarify that we provide a starter (smarter) pack of amenities to help guests settle in until they can make a quick trip to the store. Because every guest’s preferences and length of stay are different, we don’t supply ongoing consumables such as cooking oil or coffee. We always encourage guests to bring any specialty or must-have items so they’re fully set up for a fun and comfortable vacation. We also completely understand that guests don’t want to be disturbed while they’re relaxing on vacation. That said, we have a full local team ready to help, and we truly wish we had known about the bathroom sink and the sleeper bed during your stay. We would have loved the opportunity to address those items right away and make things right while you were here. Your feedback is important and has been shared with our team so we can continue improving the guest experience.

Turtle release

This condo was perfect for our quick getaway to see the turtle hatching release.
It’s a one bedroom with bunk beds that worked out great for me and my two granddaughters.
