Great location!
This property was in a great location and easy to access It was clean and perfect space for our family of 5. My only complaint is that we had to buy trash bags, dishwasher pods, cleaning spray, and laundry detergent, as only a 2-day supply was left for a 4-night stay. I have never stayed somewhere that didn't supply basic cleaning and laundry needs. Other than that, it was great.

Fantastic vacay!
The cute condo had everything we needed and a few convenient items more! Allowing us to pay $25 to get checked in 4 hours sooner was perfect, especially traveling over 11 hours with 4 kiddos under 5! The pool and splash pad were a big hit as well as the 5 minute walk to the beach!

The place was very clean and other then we could not get the bedroom TV to shut off and the refrigerator would not make any ice the whole ten days we were there we did have water all over the floor from the refrigerator and ended up shutting water off on the freezer side that took care of the problem but still no ice.

Shamrock Cove
We love the condo at Village by the Beach. It is quiet most of the time so we can relax.Our owners have been very good about replacing things like furniture when needed. We do need a side chair as the lobster/crab chair is on its way out and has been in the condo for the many years we have rented. I must say the sectional is the envy of all of our friends! If we could also get a blanket or comforter for the bed that would be awesome. It got down in the 30°s in January so we had to borrow one. Thank you.

Close to the Beach
We ❤️ the beach and are happy to be able to rent a place close by! The rental property is clean and seems to be well maintained. There were a few

A wonderful play to stay!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! Very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed! The beds are very comfortable as well!

Great vacation home away from home
We just spent the week at your lovely property-it was perfect in every way! To start it was easy to get to and once we arrived we parked right in front, the room was clean and the kitchen well equipped with everything you needed to make a meal!
