Searching for our Unit
After finally finding our unit since we were not aware there were several same # , different names which were not easy to see our unit was clean and had everything we were told it would have.
Clean pool, easy access into unit and spacious rooms.
Unfortunately we lost water pressure and hot water in our MB 2nd day shower and vanity. Dryer would not dry our clothes. I did report Thursday morning we were in/out Wednesday.
They did offer to come to unit but we had small kids so we just made sure the office was aware. Otherwise we were comfortable and nice bedding.

I have stayed at different locations in Corpus Christi village by the beach was my favorite. We loved it. Minus the broken dryer and we weren’t able to get it fixed. :( we were stuck washing and drying our clothes at a laundromat 4 min away. .... Swimming with the pigs unit14920

Perfect location for having littles!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and weren’t ready to leave! We have a two year old and it was the perfect location with the pool, splash pad and playground area, but also being so close to the beach. We truly only had two complaints: One being the water pressure in the master bathroom shower. It was so bad we couldn’t even utilize the shower for anything other than changing out of our sandy beach clothes. The water just trickled from the shower head; no way to actually wash in there. Our 2nd complaint would be that the playground area was not well maintained and there were several wooden railing pieces missing making it easy for a child to fall thru, off of the platform. Definitely needs some attention! Other than those two things we absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back!!

Beach
The property's location is very convenient to the beach. We had a wonderful time in the pool, but it could have been cleaner. The pool key or the pool gate mechanism was not functioning properly. I called the rental management company, and she came out quickly and said, "You need to maneuver the key to open the gate." We were not the only individuals having this issue.

Upon arrival, the ice maker was non-operational, and I was advised to allow a 4-hour waiting period. It only produced ice for one day, Also I am a little confused about why the condominium owner does not have microwave-safe plates.

Nice little vacation spot
We had a lovely stay at this place. It fit our needs for our family of 5 really well. Loved that the pool was right outside our door and was super easy to get to. It was located close enough to the beach to walk, but we drove. The place was clean and orderly. Had the main dishes we needed to do our own cooking at the place. The knife set needed to be replaced because there were some rust spots on them, otherwise the dishes seemed good. There are several tvs in the unit, but none of them are smart tvs. We would have used that for our kids if it was an option, but we still had plenty of other things to do, so it wasnt too big of a deal for us. The bunk bed was super fun for our kids. But we really loved the heated pool the most. We spent hours in it during our 3 night stay. Overall, it was a wonderful getaway for us.
