Nice trip to the Beach
This was a nice roomy place for 3 of us to come and enjoy the beach for a few days. The garage was nice for stuff like extra fishing poles, ice chests, and beach stuff.

They did leave the patio dirty
The down fall we had 2 Big Trucks
Unable to park in garage
Only had 1 permit pass

Awesome Vacation Rental
Our vacation rental was exactly as displayed and we had an awesome stay. The condo itself was super clean and very comfortable. We definitely plan to return and hopefully rent the same unit. Our daily outing to the beach was very close and the customer service was superb!

Good Stay
The rental was good, not great, not bad. Pretty clean, well stocked, comfortable. Probably two miles from the beach drive time. Major construction in front of the complex, makes accessing difficult, and walking anywhere not an option. Beds are a little hard, neighbors like to party all night. But over all a good option.

Great Fathers Day Vacation
Overall the stay was great. When we first got there we had an issue with the water. However the Padre Escapes staff remedied the situation immediately and things went smoothly. The only issue was the neighbors. Don’t know if they were vacationing as well or if they were locals but they partied all night and kept slamming doors and playing music until 4am so we got horrible sleep the first night.

The parking said that there was garage parking for one vehicle, however we own a truck and the garage was too small for the truck to fit.

The location was close to everything we needed for the weekend we stayed. There was an H-E-B, Specs, and Wal-Mart within 15 minutes and the local grocery store was within 5 minutes. The beach was also within 5 minutes but you did have to have a permit to park and drive on the beach.

We really enjoyed the stay and would definitely go back.

Great time at the beach
Everything was great with the house. We had some super noisy neighbors on one night. Overall, very clean and all went well. Future renters bring extra towels and blankets.

So Relaxing
The rental was more than I expected, it wasn't just thrown together cheap. Neat and well kept. Alot of beaches nearby and schlitterbaun was just around the corner. I loved having a space to get back to knowing it would be comfortable just like home. I had a wonderful stay.

Not exactly what we thought
Was not a block from beach. One sleeping accommodation was a kids trundle bed. Not very comfortable and on the stair landing in the hall. Zero privacy. Sheet metal in garage. Sharp and could cut tires. Stinking trash in garage and screen from window on roof so not very pretty.

We hate to that it didn't meet your expectations. The sheet metal in the garage are hurricane shutters that have to be in the property. The trash is picked up once a week so sounds like timing on pick up may have just been bad. We'll also check on that screen as well. Thank you for the feedback.
