Welcome to Watercolor Skies, a charming three bedroom condo located at Puente Vista! The best part of this property are the views of Laguna Madre, directly from the living area and private patios out back, you'll get to enjoy the beautiful sunsets that over look the bridge. The private patio is shared off the living area and master bedroom. The living and dining area are open to spend time with the family and enjoy meals together. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook on vacation. A private, fenced in patio is shared between the second and third bedroom. Direct access to the back area to dock your boat or spend the day fishing. Only a short walk to the sparkling pool. Come stay with us and you won't regret the views!

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.

-A two-night minimum stay is required.

Place was clean. We all loved the view from the living room. The unit was great. The location was perfect. We enjoyed the pool. The only thing was the AC vents in the master bedroom did it throw any air. The views at the property are gorgeous. The condo we stayed in was very nice but had a funky odor that was easily corrected with some good smelling candles. The pool area was nice but hard to get into since the office was closed at 1 in the afternoon. Finally got code to pool from timeshare office. The pool needs some tender loving care as the tiles inside the pool are coming off and one ladder is missing steps.
