Great location and porch area was wonderful! Loved easy access to pool and 2 bed/bath set up. Wish recliners worked and paper towels had been provided.

Padre family vacation

The property and amenities are very nice. The location was great for what we wanted to do. The management was attentive and responded immediately.
We did have a few cockroaches and a couple of water bugs.
The pool was dominated by several families that were from a house down the street which severely diminished our pool enjoyment the three evenings we went to the pool.

Pretty nice place, book with Padre Escapes

Our stay was nice, the home was better than expected. Although the home was pretty clean, we did find clothes and a toy left by previous renters. The pool would’ve been nice if there wasn’t a baby’s shredded diaper in it, noticed it Saturday and Sunday it was still there.
There was only one grill at the poolside but luckily it wasn’t in use when we were ready to cook. We requested an early check-in and booked on Friday to be there at 11am Sat., no confirmation from Airbnb until 1pm Sat that it was approved
Airbnb wasn’t very clear on payment; when checking out and paying, our total seemed okay but upon arrival after a few hour drive, we still had no access code for our place because of another payment for our dog.
We called Padre escapes and they told us there was a hold because we hadn’t paid the pet fee, which we thought was included in our total price. Seemed scammy but we paid another $150 so we could get in the home.
$800 for 2 nights is ridiculous but we enjoyed our stay.

Relaxing with my tortoiseshell cat

Spent a week in Corpus Christi visiting relatives. The condo was close enough to get to all my relatives, friends and the attractions without a long drive. And was located in a lovely, out of the main hub of the city, quiet and relaxing neighborhood. When we return to Corpus I am hoping this condo will be available.
Our biggest concern was finding a place that takes pets, specifically cats. Our tortoiseshell cat is 13 years old and we prefer to have someone watch her when we vacation away from home or to take her with us. She has never been boarded and I believe she is too old to have a first experience of that. After so many false starts with properties that said they take pets only to find it was only small dogs, I was ready to give up vacationing in Corpus. When my husband finally found this condo, I was over the moon.
After we arrived and settled in our cat stalked the new area and then curled up in her bed. We were relaxed, she was relaxed.
Our vacation was lovely and made even better since she was with us and we did not need to be concerned with her welfare being boarded.

Very Cute Place

This was a great place, I'd stayed at a different unit in this complex before so specifically looked to stay here again. The unit is well maintained, A/C works great, the hot water is a bit too hot, it probably should be turned down a bit as it could injure someone, especially a child, just some constructive criticism. Also this is the only vacation rental I have ever stayed in that didn't provide beach towels. And they only provide 4 regular towels, which was ok for 2 people but if there were 4 women/girls that would be a problem as most women need one towel for hair and one for body. Maybe invest in a pack of 30.00 for 6 towels at Sam's club and put some more in there. Those were my only 2 complaints and they're minor. I definitely would come back to this unit.

Great Place

Great place for our family of 4! 2 bedroom and 2 bath was great! The furniture was is god shape, all the tvs worked (without having to logged into anything). Kitchen appliances and utensils were is good shape as well. Location was great, easy 5 min drive to anything/everything. The only thing I would request is to remind any renters on Friday to make sure you wheel the trash bin out to the street.
