No frills but clean. Low rate (but you get what you pay for)
Located at the end of a canal in a building, which from the outside looked run down and old (including one of the docks that was literally falling apart and unusable), The condo itself was adequate and clean. The furniture was worn but workable. Only my husband and I were staying there. No extra sheets or blankets in the unit which would’ve been nice to have for the couch. The management company was helpful when I called them with questions on check-out/in process. However, simply providing that information upfront and including it in the ‘informational package’ inside the condo (e.g. the fact that the “easy check out link” would be sent via email/text at 7 pm the night prior to check out) would eliminate confusion and the need for a call. Overall, I would pass on this one next time.

Convenient location and well appointed unit
This property is very clean and comfortable. The unit is equipped with everything you need to easily enjoy an extended stay. The property allows for one parking spot per unit which we used to park our UTV in for going back and forth to the beach and another property friends of ours were staying in. We were able to park our dually truck and lowboy trailer on the extra wide street next to this property. Due to the width of the road; I did not have concerns about being hit. This also made it convenient for us loading and unloading our kayaks to the water and the docks. Thank you for great time and wonderful memories.

Great condo. Had everything we needed. Area was quiet, beautiful as it was right on the canal, & very clean. It was very easy to check in in & out. If I needed anything, I was able to get a hold of someone quickly.

The condo looks like it had been recently remodeled. It has a nice open floor plan and very clean. I would definitely stay there again and recommend anyone else to stay there. Simple process to check in and out.

Great unit, very clean, very quiet, great permanent neighbors.
Great time thanks to having access to a very clean very quiet unit.
Everything worked fine and we were 100% happy.
The only two issues worth considering are:
1- Consider changing out the Shower Head with one that has better washing pressure to save water and save time. I think in the long run you will save money. Perhaps an addition of a Hand Held Shower Head may even do the job.
2- there is a loose cable coming out of the ground in the backyard just before you reach the boat slip.
It is an accident waiting to happen and no one wants that!
I would consider longer stays if you can give me a 20% or 30% discount during the off season in Fall and Winter as I come down to Padre every two weeks

Great getaway!
The condo was great, it was exactly like the pictures. Everything was clean upon arrival, and the check in and check out process was so convenient. I would definitely recommend this condo for a small family. Having the boat slip made the stay even more enjoyable. The only complaint we had was the parking lot. It is extremely small and crowded, especially if you drive a large truck.
