Melissa Pendergrass

Melissa’s first day on the job was the Monday after Hurricane Harvey made landfall in the Coastal Bend in 2017—talk about hitting the ground running! She began in our HOA department before moving to El Constante Condominiums, where she worked alongside Terry overseeing the HOA and four phases of construction.

Today, Melissa manages the HOA and owners for El Constante Condominiums while also coordinating maintenance for all Padre Escapes properties.

When she’s not managing the day-to-day operations at El Constante, Melissa enjoys spending time with her family and her daughters—Peyton, Bri, Madison, and Kori Claire.
