Here’s Terry! Terry is the owner who set it all in motion. With a storied real estate career spanning more than 40 years on Padre Island, Terry has built a reputation for honesty, integrity, hard work, and determination—values that became the foundation Padre Escapes was built on. Affectionately known as “Bossman,” Terry continues to bring his experience and leadership to the team.

When he’s not working—though is it really work if you love it?—Terry enjoys spending time with his wife, Phyllis, their kids and grandkids out at the family land, and making sure the laundry facility runs like a well-oiled machine.
