Let me start off by saying this condo was by far my best stay. Super Clean, Nicely updated, Spacious rooms, Fully equip kitchen, Close by the stairs easy to come and go. Beach right across the street walking distance less than 2 mins. Pool was great for myself and 4 year old all kinds of water toys for kids. Fresh towels! The staff was super friendly and helpful. I couldn’t be happier about picking this place! I will recommend this place to my family and friends and i will no longer need to look around for places to say as this will be my go to. I will surely be staying here again.

We have been with Padre Escapes property managers for our short term rental since May 2025. The thing that stands out the most to us is the care they take in our property. Whether it’s a repair or keeping it immaculately cleaned has truly impressed us. Anytime we call with a question or concern it is taken care of right away. We had a great time at Coastal Comfort. Very close to the beach. The condo had everything we needed. Very clean and tidy.

My family and I have stayed in a Padre Escapes managed condo every year for the past 8 or 9 years. We have never had an issue - our condo is always clean and ready for us (usually early so we can go ahead and get to the beach on the first day!) and we have always had phenomenal support before, during and after our stay. This time, we left a pillow behind (which might not seem like a big deal, but when it's your favorite pillow and you can't sleep without it, it becomes a HUGE deal) - the whole team, from guest services to housekeeping to the front office - worked together to locate the pillow for us. I was able to go back to the office the next day where it was waiting for me. Thank you so much to all who are involved in this company! We appreciate it so much.

1.      I have been working with Padre Escapes for four years now, and I highly recommend them.   Although, I did leave briefly to try another company.  Big mistake!  I ran back as quickly as I could.  The experience did teach me a few things though.

     1)Padre Escapes puts priority on maintaining my property and they are quickly on the spot for any repairs.

     2)They handle any guests requests promptly and professionally.

     3)They make sure to maximize bookings.

     4)Funds are deposited in my account at the beginning of the month    

        on time.

       As an owner that lives 200 miles away,  I feel a real peace of mind knowing that Padre Escapes has my back.  I really appreciated them. 

We had a great time at Pathway to the Sea #203! The Condo was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It has everything we needed for a 10 day stay. It was a short walk to the beach and you could see the ocean from the balcony. Padre Escape was very easy to work with. We can't wait to come back!!

Padre Escapes has been a stellar partner in my real estate investments on N. Padre Island. They take care of my tenants needs with expertise and prompt attention. They keep me in the loop and give me clear accounting, on a monthly basis of the occupancy and expenses. The staff is great to work with and it is a professional group.

My husband and I have been owners at El Constante for 18 years. In 2017 the HOA board changed management. They hired Padre Escapes to take over management of the complex. It was the best thing they could have done. They have made so many positive changes and improvements. We rent our unit when we are not using it. Padre Escapes provides the guests with paper towels, dishwasher soap, kitchen towels bathroom soap etc to get you through the weekend. If something needs attention in the unit they take care of it as soon as possible. My husband is handicapped and he had difficulty climbing the stairs to the back gate because there wasn’t a hand rail. I asked the property manager if it would be possible to have one installed. She said it shouldn’t be a problem. The next day she asked how I liked the railing. I didn’t know it had been installed that morning. The staff is friendly and very helpful.  

My experience is always great when I book with Padre Escapes the condo faced the packery channel and intercoastal waterway. Spectacular sunsets, lots of birds to watch and fishing off one of the docks always makes my stay worthwhile. The condos here thru this agency are always clean and well taken care of. I love that they place a sheet of instructions with dishwasher tabs and extra trash bags everything is so organized. I always know what to expect. Hats off to Padre Escapes y'all, they provide the best experience, hands down your my #one people to go with then I come to the island. 

Very accommodating, roomy, clean, and provides everything you need! The staff was superb and very courteous. They really helped make our vacation a nice experience. Checking in and out was a piece of cake. Looking forward to stay again!

The condo was incredibly spacious, clean and very comfortable. It was like stepping into a perfectly furnished, brand new home! I loved all the personal touches in decoration. The kitchen had EVERYTHING we needed; the waffle maker was even a pleasant surprise!!! It was also great to have a fully outfitted laundry room so close that we would always have clean clothes and towels after trips to the beach. The location was perfect right next to the pool and beach!! We would definitely stay here again!!!

What sets Padre Escapes apart is that they’re right here on the island. They know the area, they know my property, and they care. When something comes up, I get a real person on the phone who knows my name. 

Working with Padre Escapes has been such a great experience. Being a rental property owner comes with many different stresses but not when working with Padre Escapes. The staff specially Savannah is not only kind but highly skilled in her field. No matter what the issue might be with our unit the lines of communication are always open. Efficiency and punctuality are hallmarks of Padre Escapes services.

We had a nice stay. I give it a 5 star review. It was easy to get to, nice and clean and up to date. The beach is close enough that you can walk to it if you want. It has a full kitchen for cooking and if you don't want to cook, there are several restaurants near by. Quiet neighborhood. It also has a nice shared pool in the back. Perfect for a family or multi families to share. I would recommend this to my family and friends.

The condo was very welcoming, clean and well maintained. The view from the balcony was good, you could watch the sunrise. Just a short walk to the beach. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen had a great selection of cookware, bakeware and nice plastic containers for leftovers. There was an ice-maker and even a blender to make shakes. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

We stayed here in December. We were a total of 7 in our group and there was plenty of room. We have two small dogs and this place allows pets. That made the deal for us. We did not want to leave our pups behind. The beautiful thing about this beach is that you can walk your dogs on the beach with a leash. The house was right by the pool! The pool is just perfect! The house had all the items we needed plus more. The restrooms had all the toiletries needed and the washer and dryer were awesome. The beds in the room were very comfortable and the decor of the home is beautiful. All the rooms had smart TVs and we were able to watch Netflix on them. The restrooms had bath and body soaps and I loved that little detail?? The beach is just a short walk away on a quiet road. I would definitely stay here again.

I ABSOLUTELY love working with Padre Escapes!!! They make being a short term rental property owner easy! Their fees and charges are very reasonable! I have worked with several other short term management companies and what a difference padre escapes makes!!!!! I have a few properties with them and have worked with them over 10 years!
