This condo had a great view and was close to the beach. The furniture and bed was comfortable. It has everything you need for a nice beach trip.

This is the 2nd time I have used Padre Escapes and both times they delivered excellent customer service. This unit was great. It was clean, everything worked, and all the necessities were there. I will use Padre Escapes again and I would definitely stay in this unit again.

Wife and I decided to stay near the beach for our anniversary and this location did NOT disappoint. Easy walk to the beach and close by stores and convenience is also a short drive away. Condo is comfortable and the beach breeze makes it even better. You won’t be disappointed.

Everything was great! Incredible stay that my wife and I will never forget. The second floor unit is better in person than viewing online. We are now contemplating buying unit like this one to have a beach escape more often. Wish I could add some pictures , but think they all may be nsfw. lol

This was a last minute trip, and we found this property within 2 days of our visit. It was perfect for our little getaway. The property is in close proximity to the beach, and it was clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend!

We had a great time although we would have enjoyed being closer to the beach itself. The parking was quite challenging especially when three pick up trucks were parked side by side in the middle of the assigned parking area. The Condo was extremely comfortable and met all of our expectations. Thank you Padre Escapes

We do try to prevent parking issues by having assign parking but unfortunately, some guest do not abide by that. Great location just a block from the beach. If your looking for a get away this place is perfect. Do yourself a favor and avoid the hotels and just book with Padre Escapes. Great customer service. Honestly did't have one issue. This rental has everything you need.

Check in is at 4pm. At 4:45, I texted them asking for check in procedures and a door code. All parking spots are reserved they did not notify me where I could park. Claims that cleaning exceeds all sanitizing standards given COVID were a lie. Bed sheets stained with brown bodily fluids, dead bugs on the floor, walls with colorful stains with embedded hair, hair on the shower wall and the bathroom door...disgusting. There was no after hours number to call. What would have happened if the AC went out? Less important but on top of all the other issues, their "well-stocked kitchen" has no oil or spices of any kind (not even salt or pepper) so you will need to buy your own if you plan on cooking. The only upside is the location near the beach, but you can find another property near the beach. Avoid this property, or any property managed by Padre Escapes.

First and foremost we apologize for the cleaning issues. We were running late in getting guests in that day but we did notify all guests that there would be a possibility of late check-ins that day. Our cleaning does exceed COVID-19 protocols. Unfortunately with everything that's gone on our normal housekeeping teams are not with us any longer so we've had to hire new ones and our focus on training has been on the new COVID-19 protocols instead of the details of our normal cleaning. So those things were missed and we apologize for that. We do have an after hours number, you were texting us at it. If AC would've went out we would've had someone their to take care of it. Texas state law does not allow us to leave food products of any kind between stays, including oil and spices and even salt and pepper. With everything going on I think most people would be concerned about anything left between stays. Again, we apologize for the disappointing stay but we appreciate your feedback.

We discovered these condos during a previous stay in Padre which prompted us to book here. Walking distance to the beach!!! Which is a plus for us. The condo is cute and nicely decorated. It's a tight fit for a family of 4 (my kids are teens), but we made it work just fine. Furniture was nice and we had what we needed to cook, so no complaints there. It was fairly clean, but could use a true deep clean. The AC cooled the condo well, however, it was extremely loud when sleeping in the bedroom. There wasn't a vacuum, which I suggest given as much sand as you can bring in from a day at the beach. The ice maker on the fridge froze up and caused a leak, thus resulting in us waking up and walking on water. We called maintenance and they resolved the issue, cleaned up the water, brought a dehumidifier promptly. The only down side to that is that the waterline to the ice maker was shut off to prevent the leak from occurring again. The property in general could use TLC. The lawn wasn't particularly maintained and was overgrown. The fishing pond was awesome! We all caught large fish and blue crabs! Aside from the hiccups, it was a great time. We'll be back.

Padre Escapes were very organized and excellent communication. The 1 bedroom unit was very clean and comfortable. Soda bed and bedroom bed both very comfortable. The lanai was enjoyable. Nice view however the cars were loud ( when outside only). The walk to the beach was only 5 min. We did not utilize the on property amenities but looked to be very clean and pool kept up.
We enjoyed our stay we actually added on another night last minute.
