Clean,comfortable and minutes from the beach.
We had problem with 1 of the showers called and they had maintence there in 15 minutes. Staff was kind and caring.

The condo was very clean, well furnished, and the pool was right behind the unit. Just a 5 minute drive to White Cap Beach, and a convenient location to stores.

This is the second time we’ve stayed in the unit. We love this unit because it backs up to the pool which makes it convenient. The condo was very clean and always has everything we need to feel “at home” away from home. The ac was cooling beautifully, TVs and WiFi never gave us any trouble. We will definitely stay again!

We love Nemo Cay & have been staying here for at least 10 years. This trip had a few things that need attention, but not terrible. First, our condo had tons of gnats flying around, especially in the bathroom. Not harmful, just annoying. Second, the pool was filthy. The walls need a good scrubbing & the pool itself was very dirty.
If this was our first experience at Nemo, we probably would not go back. Our past experiences, however, have always been 5 star so we know this was an exception to the usually greatly kept property. We would still recommend & will definitely go back.

Second year at Nemo Cay and loved it. Was poolside this year and enjoyed the location. The furniture in this unit needs some updating. You need to put a blanket on the furniture as it is very worn with pilling. Couch very stained, I flipped the cushions but didn’t make much difference. You need to sit on the small pillows when seated at dining room table, rattan chairs uncomfortable after a bit. A small item but annoying is that the lampshades don’t sit straight on most of the lamps. The third bedroom needs a fan of some sort, gets very stuffy. A few extra hand towels for the bathrooms would be nice as you are having to wash them every couple of days because there is only one per bathroom. I have booked for next year but a different unit. All the staff is helpful. CJ the handyman extraordinaire. Thanks Amber for your help.

I have been renting this unit150 at Nemo cave for about 4 years have never had a problems but this weekend was a very disappointing.Friday night we had a infestation of ants in the beds,restrooms, kitchen.Got up called padre escapes explained my situation and they told me maintenance would call me to come spray,so we decided to go out all day came back at 5pm Call was made at 8am. At 5 I got the call was told we needed to leave the property for another 45 minutes I refused because they had all day to do this so we put our food in the stove to go swimming for a bit came back in and food covered in ants had to throw all of it away . But was more upset because my daughter got bitten while taking a nap and had to use her epipen because that’s how bad it was, made another call spoke to Liz ishe was great she tried to get them out to spay but again we have to leave I explained that it was ok but she was really concerned not like the manager Adriana . So Luz explained they couldn’t do anything for us just maybe get a discount next time I reserve a condo that came from her manager. So thanks for my vacation because all I did was wash and clean instead of enjoying my time off.Very disappointing of how we were treated.Rebecca Sanchez also have pictures.

We'd like to start by saying that we value your customer relationship & loyalty, and are sorry to hear that you had trouble with ants during your stay. We are able to reference good responsiveness with various agents regarding this issue, as well as refusal of treatment of the issue, as you mentioned above. Because ants are heavily indigenous to our area, we are well equipped to treat for them in between routine pest control services as needed, and also check thoroughly for them during inspection. We only wish that we'd had to opportunity to address this issue for you and truly hope you'll give us a call for your next stay so that we may honor the discount discussed due to your inconvenience.

The home at Nemo Cay D-150k was nice and clean. My only complaints would be that we need more bath towels to accommodate 8 people. Also my grandkids got to use the pool just once because it was always full of grownups drinking in the pool. The pool is so small to accommodate the number of guest. But we enjoyed our stay. We have stayed at Nemo Cay other times. Will be back

We truly enjoyed our stay. We had everything we needed and the beds were super comfortable! The AC cooled well despite the 100 degree temperatures outside and we loved having the pool out our back door. Will stay again!

Loved having a unit with the pool out our back door and location on the island was good, but very unhappy with all the maintenance issues we had with the unit appliances. And furniture in the unit was very dirty!

WE HAD AN EXCELLENT STAY AT NEMO CAY . THE PROPERTY WAS CLEAN AND QUIET . OUR TOWNHOUSE WAS BEAUTIFUL AND VERY COMFORTABLE . WE WERE POOLSIDE WHICH WAS AN ADDED BONUS . WE HAD THREE SMALL CHILDREN ON THIS TRIP AND THEY HAD SO MUCH FUN AT THE POOL . ONLY COMPLAINT WOULD BE WE HAD A LITTLE TROUBLE WORKING THE TV'S BUT THAT JUST MAY BE OPERATOR ERROR LOL . IF WE COME THIS WAY AGAIN WE WILL DEFINITELY BOOK NEMO CAY . WE ALSO MET THE PROPERTY MANAGER AND HE HOOKED US UP WITH SOME FREE CUPS . MY BROTHER AND HIS FAMILY GOT THERE BEFORE CHECK-IN BUT THE UNIT WAS ALREADY READY SO THEY WERE ABLE TO GO AHEAD AND GET IN . GREAT EXPERIENCE .

Our fifth winter at Nemo Cay and it must be wonderful as we keep returning. We enjoy the location. We have proximity to our hot spots and yet are far enough away to avoid the crowds. The pool is truly a treat.

We lived this condo near the beach. It was great for 2 families because of the 2 king beds and the bedrooms are upstairs and downstairs. If you like some air conditioning, this place is for you! It stayed nice and cool! You can also look straight out your window at the pool so you know if it’s busy or not and if there is room for your small children. My son loved the playground and the multiple steps in and around the pool were great! You can also quickly drive to White Cap Beach and it was easy access. The condo itself was not as clean as you’d hope and there were broken appliances/ electronics. I tried to contact the rental group before we booked to ask if the pool was open and received no response. I notified them about the broken items with no response and then requested a late check out and got an automated response that said they were experiencing a heavy email and call load. In terms of COVID, there was a sign on the pool that said 25 people only but it was not enforced. We saw someone wipe down everything on Friday morning but that was it. There is no cleaning throughout the day. Overall, we liked the resort and it worked well for 2 families with young kids but for the cleaning fee, you would hope for a little more.

The villa was very nice place to stay. Everything was very clean and kitchen was equip with pots and pans, utensils,bowls and silverware. Rooms were very roomy and felt like you where home. The pool was very nice and kids loved it!

This place was really great! The unit was very clean, as well as, the complex. The a/c worked very well. We had no issues and loved the location. It was very convenient to the beach. We chose to go grocery shopping to be able to cook our meals while there, so it was not too far from the grocery store also. The only minor thing that could be improved is that the pots and pans seem to be a little old and have exceeded their life. The non-stick coating for a few of the pans has come off from use and should be replaced due to toxicity. Otherwise, the kitchen was stocked with everything you would find at home. The poolside location was also ideal and beautiful. We will stay here again, should we come back. Recommend it to anyone looking for an awesome place to stay!

We stayed June 28 - 30, 2019 - The property description was on point! The pool was at our back door and with 4 young ones (ages 11, 8, 4 & 3 months) this was perfect! We were a family of 9 and the house was very spacious for us and all our belongings! The property was very clean and well maintained. The beach was just a short drive down the road! I most definitely recommend this home and we will definitely return to this property in the future!

Five of our grandchildren and we had a wonderful weekend at Nemo Cay Resort. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Our grandchildren really enjoyed the pool. Our only complaint involved the large group of guests or residents who were at the pool and adjacent to our rental and were quite loud between 9:30 and 11:00 PM Saturday. Otherwise, our stay was fantastic. We did leave some supplies for the kitchen that we purchased and that had been provisions supplied by other vacation rentals in which we had stayed, such as salt, pepper, vegetable oil, cleaning wipes, liquid hand soap.

The pool was a step outside but always packed had to go right before it closed and only for 10 minutes just to get in also my daughter is allergic to ants got there and there were ants all over the home called supervisor about it they said they left us a can of raid and they would send us another can if needed very disappointed for the high price that we paid for I would not recommend this stay for a family vacation to many adult drinking around the pool also they had us stop by the office for a key but only got a paper code which was an inconvenience which could have been done over the phone

This is the first complaint we've seen of this type on the pool their at Nemo. Everyone has always enjoyed it and commented on what a great family atmosphere it has but we do understand one or two groups can ruin it for everyone. For security purposes we do have every guest check-in at our office, at which time they meet our minimum age requirement of 25 and we get them the property information and unit code. We're 200 yards from the complex so it shouldn't be too much of an inconvenience. Your stay was shortly after heavy rains when ants did get bad at quite a few places but fortunately this is not a regular occurrence. Thank you for your feedback and we apologize for the disappointing stay.

The townhome was very clean and nice. We came in and lost power due to a storm. Not being from CC, I would have appreciated at least a text message to let us know anything they knew. We had no idea how long it would take or if this is common in the island. Just a "they are looking into it would have been nice" took us a while to find out it was the complete island therefore we expected to hear something from management, but got nothing. Just a "it's the complete island and out of our hands" message would have given us an idea to get out and eat, spend the time on the main land.

We had a fantastic month in Nemo Cay Resort. We picked a townhouse that walked out to the pool. It was great for the grandchildren and us too. The little ones loved the playground and the children's pool. The pools were heated which was great. Our townhouse was lovely and it was perfect for us. We had sunshine for the whole month of February. The beaches are close by and Docs a restaurant was delicious.

The condo unit was fabulous, just like in the pictures. It was spacious and well laid out. The walls were very well soundproofed; I know this because the guests a few doors down had a party and played loud music for hours but I could only hear it when I was outside on the patio. I would point out that the floors were quite dirty. My 11 month old granddaughter crawled around on the floor and within minutes the front of her legs were black.

I was very disappointed on location desitem to dump powder and liquid chemicals while my kids were in it.we did
approach personally and stated they been doing this for several years. I wish they could've approach a better way by advising or a signage so guest could make a call to go in or not.

Condo was nice very clean. Better management of the people coming to and from the pool would be the only negative we saw from our stay. Several folks parking on the street - it appeared a lot of the people parking on the street were not guest at the resort.

The house was great. Everything was clean and the pool was just outside our patio. The only thing I'd say for other renters to be aware of is that there is nothing in the pantry. No spices, foil, ziplocs, coffee filters, nothing. Not a big deal, just something you need to plan for, which we forgot to think about.

This unit was more than our expectations. New and well furnished. Comfortable beds and living furniture. Nicely appointed kitchen. Steps from the pool which had plenty of lounge chairs even when the pool was full. Wonderful stay.
