Very basic beach accommodation
This property is a basic beach rental with two bedrooms and two baths. It was clean enough with basic amenities including towels, washcloths, and bar soap. The management company doesn’t provide shampoo, conditioner, coffee, etc., but they did give a roll of paper towels, toilet paper, a couple of dishwasher tabs, and a packet of clothes washing detergent. The place was in need of maintenance, including a leaking kitchen sink disposal, broken closet door, and rusted dryer door. Also, the TV in the double room was mounted between the bathroom and closet doors in a space not wide enough so that the TV was overlapping in the bathroom door frame by several inches, right at eye level for a school-age child to constantly bump into. Overall, I would not recommend this unit for a family looking for a comfortable beach stay, but it’s fine for a group of adults.

This was one of our favorite rental sites. Good A/C. Great hot water. Very clean and roomy. Walking distance to White Cap Beach. Highly recommend this site.

Great place to stay! Never disappoints!
Place was roomy, had everything we needed and comfortable. Only issue was a few crickets that wanted to stay as well maybe they could add a broom in the room. But overall great experience right across street from beach! Home away from home!

A 'Must Stay' Place
This condo is so personal and quiet. I did not feel like I was in Corpus. We would definitely stay here again and again! The grounds are lovely and it is the perfect distance to the beach for walking and extra parking if needed.

Beach time!
Overall the rental was well kept and clean, it does have smaller kitchen then I am use to but manageable. I would stay again if available maybe a little longer than this time around.

Weekend in Corpus Christi
Great location across the street from beach access. Includes an outdoor pool, which was nice.
Condo needs some maintenance to front door, cleaning of vents, ceiling fan, washer and dryer. Bathroom shower leaked constantly.

Great property but has some issues
Place was very clean!!! Dryer didn't work very well and screen door was broken and locked us out. Front window screen has been cut like someone tried to get in at some point.

Great Location
Place was nice. Would return. Just need some issues fixed. The last day we washed clothes and took all day just to dry a load. Dryer needs fixed or replaced. Also some dishes were dirty but put up like clean. Probably the cleaning people fault. Other than that enjoyed the convenience of the pool and the short walk to beach. I would recommend this place to others. Just hopefully the issue with dryer gets fixed ASAP and someone inspects after been cleaned. Also had to call at 4 to get check in information. Was supposed to get call but no one called. So I did
