Includes a queen bed in the loft with a private balcony showing views of the ocean while relaxing in the chairs. The living room has a comfy sectional and opens up to the dining and kitchen area. Our kitchens are fully equipped with everything you need on vacation and the kids can sit at the breakfast bar while meals are being prepped. Just a few steps to the indoor pool and hot tub that's surrounded by beautiful landscaping. Short 90 second walk across the street to our lovely beaches and seawall, along with multiple restaurants to choose from within 5 miles. Come stay with us!

CLEAN BED PROMISE
-Padre Escapes promises to launder every comforter, every sheet, every TIME!
-After every stay we replace all towels & linens (including the comforter, which most people don't do) with clean towels & linens from our 5500sf laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.

-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver's License or other acceptable ID.
