My husband and I enjoyed our stay! Great location only drawback for us was it was on 2nd floor. With bad backs and knees it was a struggle but the condo and location were Great!!

The condo was clean and had lots of storage! The AC worked great, and the bed was more comfortable than my own. Communication and checking in and out was perfect!

If you’re looking for a good nights sleep this is not the place. The ceilings and floors are super cheaply done and you can hear every footstep. In addition, the parking lot is lit up like a circus tent and floods the condo with light at night. The condo appeared clean and the bed was comfy but there was an odor they attempted to cover with spray. Proximity to beach is good (about a 15 min walk). Good wifi. Teeny tiny kitchen but functional. Nice surface updates but overall the place is in mediocre shape.

Thank you for your feedback. The HOA of the complex must keep parking lot lit due to safety concerns. This is the first time of us hearing that this could be an issue so we will keep an ear out. We hope you had an amazing time at the beach and happy to hear you enjoyed the comfy bed!

Having rented thru this venue before, I was hoping this quick getaway would’ve measured up to the past experiences. The room definitely had a mustier/moldier odor, & bathroom panels were very rusty. The A/C vents were extremely dirty & it made a horrendous noise when turned on. As it turned out, the a/c went out completely during the middle of the night one evening. It was VERY hot & we got no sleep. Positives were a very comfortable bed, excellent response from management on a/c issue. It was non-repairable, but staff sent over a portable a/c unit, which worked surprisingly well. Couple suggestions for owners; darker blackout curtains on all windows, more towels, more filled ice trays, & higher level or mounting of tv. The couch blocks view from the bed.

Awesome as always, this is our second time staying and looking forward to more stays along the way. If I had to point something out it would be to do something with those pigeons on the balcony. They are extremely loud in the early morning hours and the mess they leave behind on the balcony does not feel inviting to hangout on the balcony. Other than that our stay was pleasant. The room was clean upon arrival , my daughter loved the room and everything was great. Oh... one more suggestion, a smart tv would be awesome so we could log in with our own viewing accounts . Don't get me wrong the amenities were very comfortable just something minor to point out.

Great condo. Mattress needs replaced.....huge hole in the middle that made us sink to the center of the bed the whole weekend. No plug for the bathtub & no blow dryer in the unit. Everything was clean & looked great....just a couple of little issues that could easily be fixed.

Super cute studio very close to the beach. We stayed here as a family of four and this space worked well for us. Our kids are pretty young (3&9) so they were able to crash on the pull out sofa with no complaints. I recommend this location for a quick weekend getaway.
