Q. Can I bring my boat or trailer?

A. Boats and trailers may not be parked throughout the complex, but street-side parking is allowed if attached to a vehicle.

Q. How far is the beach?

A. Whitecap Beach is about a 4-minute drive away—perfect for loading up beach gear and cruising over for the day.

Q. Are the green fishing lights working?

A. The HOA has deactivated them. Pricing reflects this, and no further discounts apply.

Q. Are pets allowed?

A. Yes! Up to two pets are welcome with no weight restrictions. Pet fees apply depending on your length of stay.

Peaceful waterfront stay
Returned to this great condo for the 3rd time this summer. The location is unbeatable! Very quiet & relaxing. Fishing right at the dock out the door.

Peaceful waterfront stay
We loved the location, waterfront view, and well equipped condo. We had everything we wanted and more. Fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds and an awesome location near the beach on the canal.

Leeward Cove condo with a view
Nicely furnished with newer appliances. The sofa and easy chair could use an upgrade though. The views of sunsets were spectacular. Maintenance requests were promptly made and appreciated.

McNeely Fishing Trip

Nice place close to fishing
The room was great. The bathroom shower was downstairs from bedrooms. That was awkward. The place was a great stay, only that some of the owner/tenants sat outside their room off and on all day and night. Made it uncomfortable to truly relax.

Fishing vacation
Overall it was good. We had a wonderful time.more towels would have been nice. There were big dogs , off of leashes, and my wife was afraid. People smoking outside of our window, was very strong.

Cute little condo

Best Place Ever!
The who experience was great. The process was organized. The place was clean. Fishing right out the door. The beach 5 minutes away. We were able to bring our dogs... Who could ask for anything more?

The beds and pillows were passable.

Great Location!
The condo was very nice. Comfortably furnished and the kitchen had everything we need. The toliet in the downstairs bathroom takes about 20 minutes to refill so that can be an issue. Would definitely stay here again.
