La Playa TLB16K

The condo AC wasn't working correctly on the 1st day. So hot!!! Bummer #1. We had to stay home and stay awake until after 11pm for the repair man. Strike #2- the shower head in master bath is mounted so high up the sheetrock wall it gets the wall wet (can cause mold)and you can't adjust to get under it for a shower. Had to stand against the wall to take a shower. Strike #3 this is a dog friendly complex that I was happy to find but there is no place for your dog to go potty. Dogs do not poop in rock gardens. There was a grassy area next property over but knee high with weeds and sticker burrs. Very disappointing especially since I had to pay so much for the dogs stay. Lastly, Unit was clean but several things were broken and not built correctly . This was just a basic unit. I thought for the price it would have been better. It was just so-so.

We truly could not have found a better place! The house was clean, beds were comfy, and it was set up perfectly for our family. Communication was great! A new couch was scheduled to deliver during our stay, which was no biggie. We received a phone call the day before delivery telling us about it and then a call the next day to see if we were there or if they needed to come open the door for them. The location is perfect and peaceful! The walk to the beach was easy and enjoyable. The pool was perfect for our grandkids. We would definitely recommend this rental!

3 great rooms all equipped with all you need, very well staged. Kitchen had all you needed as far a appliances. Pool and beach conveniently located.

We took a last-minute Spring Break trip with the grandkids and were able to find a reasonably priced 3 bdrm townhouse a block from the beach. It was spacious, clean, nicely decorated and perfect for our extended family.

This condo had plenty of room for our 3 families. Everyone had their own room with king size bedding. The unit was clean and we enjoyed the small private backyard.

Loved the spacious and very well equipped condo! The kitchen had everything our family of 6 needed to prep and enjoy meals. Very comfy beds! Loved that each room had a king bed!

We enjoyed our stay for the most part. The location to the beach and restaurants was great. Beds were comfortable & basic things were provided to make the stay enjoyable. Our only complaint was that the backyard was unusable due to strong odor of feces and urine. The maintenance did come in an attempt to help with the odor, but there was no noticeable difference. There were also several small roaches found on the first level
& they would come out each time we used the stove. The property management did offer pest control services, but we declined due to having small children & not knowing what chemicals would be used. The roach issue will keep us from rebooking this property again which is unfortunate because the location and size were perfect for us.

Rented the unit for part of the wedding party- Very nice, clean, comfortable and quite!
It was also very convenient access to the beach location for the wedding.

Nice, clean, quiet. Close to the beach. Close to restaurants and stores. Like the ability to cook at home and do laundry as needed. Pool was nice for the kids.
