This relaxing WATERFRONT condo is the perfect place to stay on your next Padre Island Gulf Coast destination getaway.  Our property at Puente Vista offers first class living on the Texas Gulf Coast.  This beautiful 2 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom unit is on the ground floor, fully furnished with an open concept layout and a large private waterfront patio with green space and fishing deck with lights for night fishing.  The unit sleeps up to 5 people with a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in the other bedroom and a twin size roll-away bed for extra sleeping.  There are flat screen TVs in both bedrooms and the living space, ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, large closets, as well as a washer and dryer in the unit.  All of these great amenities allow you to enjoy the conveniences of home in the relaxed surroundings of beach living.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver's License or other acceptable ID.
-NOT PET FRIENDLY.
