CLEANING
-After each stay we replace all towels and linens from our 6100SF laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These starter amenities are provided for your convenience until you can go shopping and are not replenished during your stay: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your arrival.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-A signed Rental Agreement is required prior to check in. Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older and have a valid State Driver's License or other acceptable ID. The ID must match the guest's name on the reservation.
-NOT PET FRIENDLY.

Our stay was perfect! There's a pool right outside the door four times so you don't feel like going to the beach. And the pool across the street is a lot of fun for the kids! The unit was clean and spacious enough for us. Would definitely return!

We had a great time. The room was clean and very accommodating. I wish I knew what kind of mattress was on the bed. I haven’t slept in a bed in years because of back pain and I slept like a baby there.

Over all was a great stay. My kids miss the night activities and looked forward to them in the past. Maybe have someone available to turn on fire pit for scores and we could bring our own materials. The game night you had all the materials and the kids loved them. The cost of the activities couldn’t have been that much as game night you have the materials, local band playing, smores, etc. We have grown to love the location and love having multiple pools but the activities made this location stand out compared to other locations. Please reconsider starting night activities.

I highly recommend renting this rental. It was close to the beach, not far from the grocery market and away from the crowds. I enjoyed the quietness and easy access to drive my vehicle on the beach. Rentals seemed newly built.
