The open concept living/dining/kitchen area has plenty of room for everyone to relax along with an outdoor patio with Adirondack chairs and a picnic table. No Hassle Sandcastle offers all the conveniences of home in the relaxed surroundings of beach living; just minutes away from swimming, fishing, surfing and a variety of dining options. On-site boat slips are available for rent so don't forget to bring your boat!

CLEANING
-CLEAN BED PROMISE: Padre Escapes promises to launder our standardized linen, including every comforter, every sheet, every pillowcase, every towel - EVERY TIME!
-After each stay we replace all towels and linens from our 5500SF laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided for your convenience until you can go shopping and are not replenished during your stay: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your arrival.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver's License or other acceptable ID.
-PET FRIENDLY PROPERTY: MAXIMUM OF TWO DOGS / 30LB WEIGHT LIMIT. There is a $100 per pet fee for all stays 7 days or less, $200 for stays of 8-29 days and $300 for stays of 30 days or greater. In addition, there is also a pet-cleaning fee of $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days and $100 for stays of 30+ days.
