I'd love to tell you the place is terrible and not to stay here, so hopefully I'd be able to have it all for myself whenever I wanted. But the place is wonderful - has everything you need. Close to stores and sights and is on the water! Those of you bringing boats, just know- you do have to plan for about a 15 minute ride out to the bay. Not a problem for me as this is my 2nd time here. GREAT PLACE - Will be staying here again!

We loved our month long stay at Blue Suede! From fishing from the back patio to the short drive/medium walk to the beach, everything was great. It is well appointed and as described. We've got our next stay already booked!

I can't wait to come back here. I enjoy staying on the water because I generally bring my boat with me. This spot on the water has plenty of room for the family, ample kitchen space and lots of outdoor relaxing space on the back patio. 5 stars for this one from me - I will be back!

Place was awesome. Was nice you were able to use the garage and store stuff inside. Think the only down thing is the patio had a tiny light that was super dimmed. Pretty much pitch dark out there at night. Other than that I would stay here again.

Was a very nice place, very clean, brought my parents and they thought they had a clog in the guest bath, turned out they had accidentally stepped on the drain plug... called the office and someone came out within minutes to check on it for us... couldn’t ask for better service... A+++ in our book

My family and I had the pleasure of staying here to celebrate my daughters birthday. It was perfect! Clean, fully stocked with kitchen essentials and wonderful outdoor seating. They only complaint is that the neighbors are locals and were not very welcoming and we got the feeling they were very unpleased with the condo having vacationers. But I would defintely recommend this place to stay!

Everything was great. Except the coffe maker didn't work. Dryer half way worked. But really enjoyed the property and the experience.
