We rented this condo for 6 adults while we were in the area to celebrate my sister's wedding. 2 of the adults were unable to come as it turned out, but it would have been very comfortable for 6. The location was ideal for us, as we were running back and forth from the island to the different wedding venues in Corpus, very convenient to the highway. We loved that there were 3 bedrooms with king size beds! The property was clean, and well- maintained. We appreciated the convenient covered parking, there was plenty of room for both of our cars. The property management was very available to answer questions before we arrived - very helpful. The only suggestions I would make is that we missed ice trays in the refrigerator. Also a dining table would have been very welcome. Overall though, the condo met our needs quite comfortably.
The location of this property was a blessing and a curse. It is very handy to everything - restaurants, highways, groceries. Unfortunately there is a big noisy construction project going on right next door, so no coffee on the patio or nice view. Because of all the activities we had, it was OK, we were gone most of the time. It was very clean and comfy. We liked having three rooms with queen beds. It was a short drive (a couple of blocks) to the beach. Nice condo, parking is very limited. There is no handicap access. Cable and Wifi was out most of the day. Pool closes to early.
