The patio door would not close or lock. We thought it was closed and in the morning it was standing open. The latch was loose and would not stay latched.

The rental unit was very nice. There is a store not very far from the rental to snag up some groceries. The beach is less than 5 minutes on foot. Had an awesome stay and I would stay again.

Very clean,nice,well up kept. Third year in a row staying here. Won’t stay anywhere else again but here. We travel from Indiana because my dad lives in San Antonio. We spend half our time here and half there. This place is always clean and kept up with. Highly recommend

Excellent The stairwell should be cleaned, some of the same bird droppings from last year, patio door unsightly.
This is a really nice condo with views of Gulf and plenty of winter sun.

Very nice and clean condo. Beautiful view of the water from the balcony. Bedrooms and bathroom are very spacious. Super easy access to the beach. There was that 1 cockroach I saw on the kitchen counter the morning we were leaving though.

Great location. Easy walk to beach. Nicely decorated and had all the essentials. Very clean other than floor still had remnants of sand that wasn’t properly swept so kept getting on bare feet.

The check-in process was smooth, the location was wonderful, and we even got a chance to grill fresh fish at the community grill. Noted by the name of the community, the pathway to the beach was quite convenient.

A 5 minute walk to the beach on a private path. Restaurants/grocery store/gas stations within 5 minute driving distance. Clean condo. Enjoyable/clean pool. Plenty of room for our family of 4. Would be nice if they provided at least 1 extra roll of toilet paper. Customer service was over the top; receiving emails, texts and phone calls. We never needed to contact customer service but I feel they would have done whatever we needed. Would stay again

The location was perfect! Nice to be able to have own path to the beach. Also, my little one used the pool every day and enjoyed that as well. The space was adequate and had everything we needed.

Some small things to note:
* The washing and drying machine are a bit finicky but we got it to work
* One sink in the bathroom doesn't drain very well. * The patio was fantastic but the furniture is all plastic. The other apartments had much better furniture from what we could see. Also, the outside door is rusting so it's not so pleasing to the eye.

Overall,a great experience and we would stay again.

It was good. There was an issue with the bathroom sinking stopped up when we got there. I failed to put in a maintenance request for the next guest. Other than that it was great!

We were very impressed with the condo and the property. It was very clean and just as described. We had everything that we needed and it is very close to shopping and restaurants. The view was great from the balcony an the we used the pool a lot. Steve the Maintenance person was extremely nice and helpful also. We are looking forward to staying again.

less than builder grade window and doors. rusting nails on siding and rusty hinges. Windows and doors kept no noise from outside out. Not a $350 a night condo.Too far from beach.Bird mess all over stairway.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo is a great size and had everything we needed. My only suggestion is that there are too many texts/ emails from you all. I feel Like I got everything twice. Also, getting the checkout text 7pm the night before is slightly annoying when you are trying to enjoy your stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo. It was clean, roomy, and perfect for our family of 4. Kitchen has basic needs, and it comes with linens. Bring extra towels for the pool and beach, the ones provided stay in the condo. Everything was perfect, and we will return!

Padre Escapes was awesome to work with, and this condo and property and the area in general exceeded our expectations. The photos don't do the view from the balcony justice! The condo was quiet, spotless, well stocked, and the beds comfortable. We enjoyed using the private walk to the beach, the outdoor shower to rinse sand off, the pool, and the gas grill. Lots of great restaurants and convenience stores just a short walk or drive away. There is a pier 1.25 mile to the south and a jetty 1.25 miles to the north of the property, as well as a mile long boardwalk. Will definitely return!

Even though we cut our vacation a day short,(due to Corona hype) we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the pathway to the sea complex.

Padre escapes insured us that their team did a thorough job sanitizing our condo. And on arrival it was everything we anticipated. The view from c202 balcony is one of the best in the complex. The short walk to the gulf was awesome and convenient. The outdoor shower in the Commons area of the complex was very useful on your way back from the beach. We hope to be back someday in the future. Lots to still explore on Padre island!

We stayed at this great place for 2 and a half months. Great location so close to the access to the beach. Many restaurants nearby as well. Evwrything you will need for a wonderful vacation.

We had a great time. The only downside was the room with the queen size bed. The fan didn't blow any air so it was hot in that room. Also when we arrived the floors had sand on them, so we had to sweep before we could take our shoes off. Other than that we had a great time.

Condo was very nice, smaller than pics made it seem, but family enjoyed it. Close to beach, walking distance, nice pool, property kept very clean. Take your own pillows, and beware of shelves under tvs, they will fall.

First I'd like to say that I'm sure the condo is cleaner after we left than when we arrived. I guess clean means different things to different people. Both the sofa and love seat were the most uncomfortable we have tried to sit on in a long time. Also 19 steps to get up to the condo was not pleasant for us. I believe the first condo we had reserved was ground floor but about 10 days before our stay we were told we couldn't have that one. We were given a choice of 3 others all on second floor with NO elevator. We did not have any problems with anything else though. So our stay was just so-so.

Took trip for Thanksgiving to this wonderful beachview condo. Family of 4 was comfortable the whole time. The deck is nice to watch the sunrise and to enjoy all afternoon. Loved the kitchen and the laundry is included. Short walk to the beach. Unit was clean and easy to keep that way during our stay. I would recommend it and will stay again.

We really liked C202. Really nice room, good size,
nice view. Nothing bad to say about room & location.
Only problem, one afternoon, a maintenance guy just walked into our room to chg a/c filter. He had been told no one was in the room. We were really surprised & he was really embarrassed. Maybe just better communication on the staffs part.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay here. The condos are new, so everything was in pristine condition. The condo we stayed in was literally 1/2 block from the beach; in fact we could see the beach from our balcony. We would definitely come back and stay here.
