The Surfside complex is directly across the street from the beach and Gulf of Mexico. After a long day of fun in the sun you will love coming back to the beautiful courtyard with grills, picnic tables, covered sitting areas and a sparkling pool. The pool is heated as well so it can be enjoyed any time of year! The Surfside complex is made up of 2-bedroom condos surrounding the courtyard, making it the ideal choice for large groups looking to stay close to one another.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
-Padre Escapes promises to launder every comforter, every sheet, every TIME!
-After every stay we replace all towels & linens (including the comforter, which most people don't do) with clean towels & linens from our 5500sf laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.

-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver's License or other acceptable ID.
-NOT PET FRIENDLY.

Our check in was supposed to be 4:00pm, we didn’t receive check in info until 6:00pm because the property wasn’t cleaned and prepared in time for our check in. The condo smelled like cigarette smoke even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking unit. Then the rental company sent several messages reminding us to check out on time starting at 7:00pm the day before check out which probably wouldn’t have bothered me nearly as much if they’d shown the same urgency with getting us checked in.

Good experience. Only drawback were the kitchen appliances. The refrigerator never got cold enough to be safe for food storage. The oven worked but stove top didn't work well. Everything had to be prepared on med high to high. Mgmt did provide a dorm room Fridge that did work. Other than the need to repair or replace appliances everything was great."

Was a very nice place to stay and quiet for the most part. Could here people talking next door and the people above us walking around. Only mirror in the whole place is in the bathroom, no mirrors in the bedrooms.

Here is our cancellation policy:

CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 25% down at the time the reservation is made. Reservations cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee and tax. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to check-in will result in full forfeiture of payments made. Applicable refunds will only be issued to the guest by the same form in which it was made, even if a credit card has since expired or canceled. The above applies to moving dates or switching units as well. We recommend that the guest purchase CSA Travel Protection. There are no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. If a guest does not show up for their stay the total amount paid is non-refundable.
