The property has a perfect location, right in front of the beach (you need to cross a road). Whitecap Beach parking is right in front of the property so you can easily go for the morning / evening walks. Property has a small swimming pool and places for you to grill and have an evening get together. The only problem we faced was hangers. We were provided hangers just a day before our checkout which was not very helpful. The check-in and checkout experience was very smooth. I will visit the same property again next time.

These condos were ao close to the beach that we didn’t have to waste money on a golf cart. It’s right across a parking lot. The condo was clean and had most of the cooking items we needed as well as grills in the courtyard. It was definitely dated (the furniture and decor) but clean and comfortable.

I enjoyed my stay at this condo. The oven might be broken though. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of room. The water pressure also could be better. Overall it was a nice stay though.

Surfside was a delightful experience. All the accommodations were clean and neat. The beach was within walking distance (across one street). The courtyard was a very nice place to chill when you didn't want to go to the beach. It was everything I wanted.

I will start off by saying the location is great. Easily walk to the lot with showers and bathrooms. You can rinse off the sand before you get back into the car. Big plus as there are limited wash-n-vacs on the island. Pool was nice. They had grills you could use and covered areas to eat.

We have stayed in beach condos at N Padre multiple times before and this one just fell short. The queen bed in the master was definitely more like a full and was hard as a rock. Pillows were all flat in all of the rooms. There were TVs in each room but no cable or fire stick or anything. They had built in DVD players and they had about 5 dvds to choose from but nothing kid friendly. Difficult to get kids to relax in a strange place without any distraction. The TVs in the bedroom were like 19 inches and the one in the living room was maybe 30. No washer and dryer in the condo, but there are some on site somewhere. One clean towel per person for a 3 night stay. Would be nice if housekeeping relaxed clean towels since this is a managed condo. If they would make the slight changes to the bed (put a memory foam pad), get new pillows, and upgrade the TVs or just put a fire stick on them so people can access their Netflix, Hulu or whatever...that would make all the difference!

Nice property. Pool and pool area were clean and well maintained. Landscaping was beautiful. Six on site grills was a huge bonus. Condo was very nice and clean. Ceiling fan blades were missing in second bedroom and one of the kitchen chairs was broken (reported to office) but we had a great time.
