The condo was in a great location and it was nicely decorated. However, there was a large throw run in the living room that has a bad order to it. Probably from the constant high humidity, sandy wet feet etc. We kept trying to get our kids to stop sitting on the carpet because their clothes would end up smelling like the carpet. The floors could’ve been cleaner. Other than this we had a great Easter Weekend at the beach

Beautifully decorated with everything Beach and immaculately clean. Everything was as described. Great location. King bed was super comfortable.
The only thing I would caution about is the sleeper couch - it's got a very thin foam mattress and you feel the metal supports underneath, even as a skinny 150lbs person. So don't expect to have two beds like we did since one of us is a restless sleeper. May be ok for one night but we were there seven nights and ended up using our own air mattress.

There were a lot of options at this location and I am SO glad we chose this one. Spotlessly clean, beautiful, high tech functional, SO close to the beach. It was perfect for our little family, we had plenty of room, everything we needed was there, we were SO comfortable, BEST sleep I've had at a stay that wasn't my own home, seriously. They were so easy to work with too. When we weren't at the beach or out and about, my kids got to watch TV and play switch while my husband and I got to watch our own TV show in our room. Such a relaxing place to stay, honestly I was happy just being in the condo and wish I had scheduled in more down time! Having the laundry machines in the condo made a huge difference too! No noise from neighbors at all. Highly recommend this place!

Everything I need for a relaxing beach visit is here. Fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, comfortable furnishings and a short walk to (and a view of) the ocean. I bring personal items and coffee, shop for groceries on the island now that the IGA is fully functional, and might leave once every two weeks to enjoy birding, restaurants or live music somewhere else on the island or "over the bridge". Management is a dream to work with both before and during the stay.

I had a two day stay in this unit and everything was perfect. The unit was clean and check in and check out are very easily completed over your phone. The king size bed was comfy! The beach is within walking distance and the pool is right around the corner!

My husband, myself and our 2 girls stayed in the 1 bdrm. I planned on using the pullout sofa as a bed for both girls and it was too thin, the bars came through so we bought an air mattress. Condo was clean, floors were dirty. Kitchen was great and w/d was very helpful. The location was great, parking was a little rough if you have more than one car. Staff wasn’t needed but when my unit was ready they were very sweet on the phone. We would stay again as a couple only.

Also, I'm sorry the kiddos weren't able to use the sleeper sofa as I know it may not have been the most comfortable. We do manage 2 bedroom units if you ever wanted to do a family vacation again on the Island. We even manage a complex that has two pools and a playground. Come back and visit us !

The property was clean, lots of communication from property manager. Was even given little treats during the holidays. Would definitely stay again and use this property management for a longer stay! Very close to the beach, even had a beach view from the balcony.

Great little 1 bedroom condo that was just right for my wife and I to get away. Clean, nicely furnished and decorated and the kitchen had everything we needed. Great location where we could see the ocean but not pay beach front prices. Our only disappointment was when the cleaning crew showed up before we had notified them that we had checked out. We felt rushed to finish packing up our stuff even though it was an hour before check out time.

The 1/Bdrm, 1/bth condo we rented at the Beach Club was perfect. Located within walking distance to the beach, it was easy to get to. The address listed on the web was incorrect and it took us about 30 min to find. Rental Office didn't help because they didn't know it was wrong. Everything worked perfectly. The condo was beautifully decorated and nicely furnished. We would go back in a heartbeat. One suggestion: have some written instructions for operating the electronics (TV, coffee pot, etc.). It took us a while to figure them all out. Quiet complex, well maintained. Nice amenities although the pool and workout room were closed because of the virus.

2+ months of winter Texan bliss. Fantastic location 5 min walk to beach, short drive to island services, longer but reasonable drive to Port A and Flour Bluff if you really need to be Over The Bridge. National Seashore, local parks, bird watching and daily tasks are accomplished easily - soon there will be a full grocery on the island in addition to the dollar and convenience stores which have mostly everything. Condo is super comfortable and well appointed with all the amenities of a resort hotel. Super comfortable bed, linens and furnishings. Kitchen appropriate for any cooking desire - including crock pot, loaf pan, storage containers and pot big enough to boil the local shrimp by the dozen. Washer/dryer super convenient. Complex has pool, hot tub, exercise room, a small library and grills. The condo smoke alarm is kind of aggressive so broiling steaks brings it's own "swat the towel at the alarm" fun. Padre Escapes is super responsive, help to provide preventive maintenance and fix small problems was immediate and respectful of my privacy and time lines. Communications to reserve, pay, check in and out were smooth and adaptive to my needs. Stay here - except when I'm here in winter!

We LOVED our rental property. This location is an easy walk to Whitecap Beach and an easy drive to the National Seashore. The apartment is so nicely decorated and the bed is fantastic! we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Padre Escapes was the Best, staff was very helpful,attentive and professional. We had a minor hiccup with water on floor by washing machine when we arrived but they took care of it right away with no inconvenience and the maintenance man was very polite. Condo was beautiful, well equipped, very clean, location was excellent. Bed very comfy, pool area is beautiful, we were very pleased and already looking forward to staying there again and using Padre escapes. Thank you

Condo is immaculate. The decor is beautiful and the condo is well layed out. The location was perfect. You can see the beach when sitting on the patio. It's on the second floor and the staircase is pretty steep. Could use new mattresses on the bed and sofabed. Was given enough towels and washcloths but not hand towels. They give you plenty of amenities. Having a washer and dryer is a plus. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo was very welcoming, clean and well maintained. The view from the balcony was good, you could watch the sunrise. Just a short walk to the beach. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen had a great selection of cookware, bakeware and nice plastic containers for leftovers. There was an ice-maker and even a blender to make shakes. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Everything you read and see about this condo on- line is true! We stayed for 6 nights. The interior was completely remodelsd and kitchen had anything you'd need...plus it too was new.

Can't say anything about pool cuz it was too cold during our stay!!! That was the only down side of trip...we expected Texas to be warmer. Accuweather had it wrong. The office people at Padre Escapes were always avail, even on Cbristmas, and so helpful. The only negative was at checkout. Luckily we had everything out of condo, but my husband always likes to do 1 last walk thru. I think it was approx 6 minutes after check out of 11am, and the door code was already changed and we were locked out. We called to ask about this and they said it is to protect both us and their property. So no one can get in who shouldn't. We thought that was a bit close on time. If we still had items in there it would have been a big headacbe to retrieve them. I hope I had packed everything.

The Condo was exactly what is shown in the pictures. Check in and out is a breeze!! Beautifully decorated and SUPER CLEAN. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could need and then some. The king size bed was extremely comfortable!! My family and I loved how close it was to the beach, just a 5 min walk. The pool was fantastic! The people at the pool were all friendly, made us feel right at home. We will definitely be coming back next summer to stay in this condo. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience.

We enjoyed the condominium we rented very very much. We cooked a graduation dinner for my son and were very happy with the kitchen and the grills by the pool. It was a great place to stay, close to beach but also close to a pool and there are many restaurants nearby. We ate at Docs and had some great oysters and also had a nice lunch at Water Street Oyster Bar. I highly recommend this condo.

I feel that the check in process needs improvement. I spent much of my day Friday with a lot of back and forth and had to come back in on the first morning of my stay to "show our faces". The condo was beautiful and very clean.

Since you came in after hours we did give you an access code that only works for one day. We do like to meet each guest and get them their pool key and complex information. It also provides a level of additional security for the property owners and the other guests by ensuring the guest is who they say they are. Thank you for the feedback. We were so impressed with the condo. The pictures you see are exactly what we found right down to the decorative pillows. It was very clean. The appliances in the kitchen & the washer & dryer were brand new. The kitchen had everything you could possibly want. Every time we look at the pictures it brings a smile to our face. We took full advantage of the closeness to the beach and the well kept grounds of the condo.
