The carport area includes a picnic table, grill and a lovely wall of beautiful flowers. A great place to eat lunch with the family and enjoy the large, fenced in yard. After you enter off the second floor, you're greeted with an open concept layout that includes cozy furniture and unique décor features throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, ample storage space and beautiful counter tops. The master bedroom includes a king bed, private bathroom, and private balcony. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and the third bedroom offers full size bunk beds with cozy bean bag chairs. During the evenings, you can enjoy the sunset views from the private balcony which is the perfect spot to relax. No more scrolling, you've found your next vacation home!

CLEAN BED PROMISE
-Padre Escapes promises to launder every comforter, every sheet, every TIME!
-After every stay we replace all towels & linens (including the comforter, which most people don't do) with clean towels & linens from our 5500sf laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-A thirty-night minimum stay is required.
-Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver's License or other acceptable ID.
-PET-FRIENDLY PROPERTY: NO RESTRICTIONS. There is a $100 per pet fee for all stays 7 days or less, $200 for stays of 8-29 days and $300 for stays of 30 days or greater. In addition, there is also a pet-cleaning fee of $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days and $100 for stays of 30+ days.
