I love how close it is to the beach. I wish I knew I booked the third floor. Lol it was a bit exhausting. After being at the beach. But great amenities.

This place was comfortable, clean beautiful balcony view! The beach is literally a mile away! All the popular shops are just as close along with great restaurants. The staff and customer service is outstanding! I look forward to coming back! Thanks again!

Overall this was a great experience.
I have a few pro’s and con’s with the condo I’d love to share.

Pro’s-
-LOCATION! We chose to still drive to the beach only bc we have 2 Littles and it’s just easier. But it’s for sure walkable!
-spacious, especially the closets! We put the pack n play in the closet and it was perfect!
-washer and dryer in unit
-Padre Escapes was SO helpful and easy to get in touch with! Great customer service.

Cons
-floor was dirty when we arrived
-stickers in the rugs (there are stickers outside and I can see how they are easily tracked in- we picked up the rugs to solve this and took shoes off at the door)
-beds were all VERY loud and not comfortable. The bunk bed mattresses were incredibly thin. The queen mattress was so hard and the springs can be felt through it.
-not enough towels. We had 3 adults and 2 kids and definitely needed 2 towels per person.

-it would be great if basics like salt/pepper, plastic wrap and Pam cooking spray were provided.

Super clean! Great location! Had a problem with the deadbolt (we were stuck inside) and they had someone out to fix it immediately. Would definitely stay again!

This condo was perfect for us. We had enough room, but it was also cozy and comfortable. We knew about the stairs ahead of time, so we were prepared to carry everything up and down.
One thing to mention...the wireless internet was extremely slow. We ended up just using our cell data on our phones, because the internet was so slow. We also had some issues initially, logging into it.
Otherwise, everything was perfect. Highly recommend!

Roomy 2 bedrooms. Close to beach and easy access to shops and restaurants. Door to balcony warped and very difficult to use.

We had such a great experience staying at the Sea Breeze Villa. We will most definitely be choosing this place for our future get-a-ways. It was clean and well kept up and it was not far front the beach.

We visited during spring break and was pleasantly surprised on how well the house was kept. It has books, games and TV in every room. There was a step stool , extra towels , sheet. The utensils were clean and well maintained.
Close to Starbucks, beach. My family had a wonderful time starting here.
The host was quite responsive through text and received response for my query within a few minutes.
I would definitely go back here.

The entire rental process was simple from start to finish. The condo location was perfect. We were able to walk to the beach with minimal issues. Lots of drivers speeding down the road so it was good that we had our children in a wagon.
Condo was clean with plenty of room for our group of 6. Lack of communication about pool being open...people were using it but we were told by the rental company it was closed. Overall we had a fantastic experience. We will definitely be back!
