The inside of the apartment was well maintained, clean, quiet, everything working. We loved the location, pool, nice courtyard.

Condo was awesome! Well stocked, and the pool was heated so very warm. Nice! There were multiple grills, and easy parking. Across the road from public beach entrance, and beside the Salty Dolphin Tiki Bar. The office is in the property, so Easy checkin and checkout/key return.

We stayed on the second floor,condo 214, it was our second year, lovely clean place.
Open concept when you come in, the kitchen is fully equipped, the appliances are not new but in perfect working order. Love the living room and the sitting arrangement, comfortable, the same with bedrooms bed.
There is a television in every room. Love the walking in shower.
The swimming pool is hot in the winter months and I love the fact that the beach is right across the street. The complex is kept clean and towels are provided for the pool area.
II’ll definitely go back next year again.

We've been staying at Surfside for many years and have been very pleased with our experience.
The condos are always very clean and comfortable. We love being able to cook some of our meals and barbecue outside
By the pool.

We rented from Dec till March, check in was flawless, the girls at the office are Fantastic. As soon we opened the condo we were very happy, every room was clean, lots of dishes, pots and pans all amenities available. Pool was hot, they provided the pool towels. We like it so much that we are coming back for the next winter stay.

Unit 214
Great unit! Very comfortable and had everything that we needed. Kitchen was fully equipped and bedrooms were very nice. Mattress was so comfortable we even slept in until 10:00. Shower was very nice as well. Location was close to the beach. We were able to spend the day at the beach and then come back and relax. Great unit... we would love to stay again.

Location was the best! The unit was extra clean along with having everything needed for long stays. Being built around a courtyard lends to a homey feel. The staff made every effort to make our stay wonderful.

Cozy, clean, and can’t beat the location!
We stayed here at the end of January and had a lovely time. Fit 4 adults comfortably and loved being RIGHT across from the beach. Complex is quiet and has a private pool for guest use. We all enjoyed ourselves. Thanks again for the hospitality! :)

The place was spacious, clean, with all the amenities. The beach was a quick walk away and the pool a few steps. Our boys had a lot of space to run around and enjoy the sun. The parents could relax in the comfy living. Both beds were super comfy and the whole family slept super well.

Overall the condo was great. We were there Wednesday thru Sunday. It was peaceful until Friday. When more families arrived, the kids were kinda loud. Running down the balconies and pushing doorbells. We were a little frustrated with the lack of more handicap parking but over all the stay was great. Location was good, pool was clean.

North Padre island vacation
We spent 4 nights in this awesome condo, within walking distance of the beach. Great rooms, spacious, clean, and very comfortable! Friendly and helpful staff. My kids and I loved the large swimming pool with lots of area to sit around and relax.
